The biggest and most comfortable bed in the world. The staff were so kind and helpful. I wish I could have stayed there for days instead of just one night

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast upstairs was amazing with amazing views!!!!

Need better service and attention at the breakfast restaurant! Only one waiter for about 80 customers, and just one oven! It’s simply not enough. “It takes 30 minutes to heat up a tortilla.” That’s way too long for breakfast service.
The room was pretty clean, most of the staff were very nice, the food was good, and the air conditioning cooled the room pretty well.
