Buen confort y ubicación, falta comodidad.

La ubicación muy buena, el servicio genial y el tipo de habitación aislada e iluminada q nos dieron fue muy buena.

El colchón de la cama, muy malo, no había comodidad, se sentían los resortes y dolía moverse.

Good

The area was really outstanding, close to nightclubs and restaurants.

We booked a double room and it had a bunk bed and 2 single beds... So no space to move around. We had the laundry done and they lost some items of clothing.

Nice place to stay and very close to many restaurants

The bedroom was very clean also, there was many restaurants and supermarket very close.

They did a repair in the floor in the entrance of the bedroom and it was not finished when we were there.

Good and safe location. Staff was friendly.

Dirty, I found sone hair in the bathroom and room. The pillows were clean. Strange hosts that were doing noises and leaving the lights on. So for this reason I didn't sleep well.

Mixed feelings

Location was very good, even though still 15-20 minutes' walk far from the closest metro station. But I loved it. Both the man and the woman from the reception (I guess the bosses) were very nice and extremely kind. Rooms was very basic: a table lamp would already make some difference.

This is only concerning the room I was assigned. For me it was impossible to wake up later than 05:30. Even though I asked for a quiet room, I was assigned to one in the reception, next to the laundry and the kitchen/common area. The problem was that the cleaner started to tidy up the common area/kitchen, doing the laundries, watching videos as early as that time, 5:30. After that, it was the turn of the guest, who were making their breakfast and chatting. I cannot say to be completely satisfied and I am sorry for that, because the staff was very nice. But after all, if in a place you cannot rest, rating cannot be that high. I would come back only if I was assigned to another room, not anywhere near the kitchen/common area/reception

Very bad experience

Booked a three night stay via Booking for a room with double bed, window etc as shown. Arrived at location at 4pm after the checked in time of 3pm and room not ready , then given a large family room with a three bed bunk bed in front of the window plus the double bed rightnextto reception and lounge area.. Said it was not correct but thats all they had. I accepted it fir the frist night as was told it would be fine the next day but when that came and I asked for the new correct room I was told that one was not available and showed no interest or any type of apology or reason just that there was not a room available. Very bad attitude and lack of any interpersonal skills.

Location is great.

Location was best for me. Laundry cleaning was reasonable. $20,000 I will return again.

No locking window. The room was very difficult to receive Wi-Fi. Lounge upstairs worked good. Laundry service was convenient.

Nice and comfortable stay in Laureles

Very friendly staff, warm shower, quick, good and cheap laundry service, room exactly as pictured with a cute little terrace, nice location! Overall a very good experience

The thin windows let all the street noise in, so it is very loud at night. Doesn't apply to me since I used the triple room alone, but with 3 people it is rather tight.

STAY AWAY FROM AYENDA HOTELS!!!

Stay away from Ayenda!!!! Some of their listings on booking doesn't exist! We arrived in the middle of the night in Barranquilla, got out of taxi and it turned out that hotel doesn't exist!! There was just some warehouse with doors shut!!! We had to overpay in closest hotel as we didn't want to look for something cheaper as it seemed dangerous in the street! Booking should investigate this scam hotel chain!!!

It was pretty good excecpt for the overcharched,you can verify with de Manager.

Breakfast was pretty good. But we have one problem to solve, we only stayed from Sept 29, to Oct 4, 5 days only and you charged me for 7 days. Please re umburse me for the 2 days, i will really appreciate it. Thanks.

Great Value

Hotel was located conveniently above two delicious restaurants (one serves amazing pizza) and across the street from a full grocery store, in a clean, pleasant, and quiet neighbourhood. The people who work there were very accommodating and kind.

When we arrived, we had to walk up three flights of stairs to our room. We had a lot of luggage, so the allowed us to store some of our excess in a storage room on second floor, which was a relief! Also, on our arrival day, only one of us were able to have a warm shower, as there was no more hot water. This was only an issue on one day, though, so not sure what was going on there.

1st room a disaster. shower didnt function properly. wasnt possible to regulate the hot and cold. sink no hot water. water didnt drain in shower. Bathroom very small. Bedroom too small.. Second room was much better no complaints. The main shade curtain fell to the floor. Wasnt repaired. I rolled up by hand

You won’t regret it.

awesome accommodations super clean, great beds great bathrooms located in a great neighborhood with an amazing super market across the street a coffee shop down stairs a McDonald’s a block away and many other amazing r restaurants and lounges within walking distance. All at a great price

we liked everything. the truth is if you find something to complain about with these accommodations you got rocks in your head.

Did not stay at the hotel because they accommodated me in another one!

The room was very spacious, though I did not stay at this hotel. They accommodated me in another hotel.

They accommodated me in a different hotel (an apartment hotel), which didn't have enough blankets. The bed had a couple of hairs of other people, which is quite gross. Otherwise the room was ok.

I wouldn’t recommend

there is a nice cheap Italian restaurant downstairs. shower with hot water. room is ok

the room is quite loud. you hear everything from outside. it got quite warm at night, there was a fan but it’s super loud and not-really efficient. the bed has this horrible plastic protection which makes you sweat and is noisy every time you move. the wifi didn’t work at first but they reseted it the second day and then it worked quite well. also not quite fond of the app thing they want you to download for the check in etc…

Good. You get what you pay for but it is good after all.

The room is quite small but that's what you pay for, the staff is very good and kind. The hotel is on a very good location too.

There is an ongoing maintenance and updates so you will see construction workers around and some other ppl. The cleaning lady forgot to clean my room before I get there so I had to wait more than an hour in a nearby restaurant. =).
