About this cottage rental
Dairy Cottage is a spacious three-bedroom stone cottage for up to five guests, set at the end of a quiet road at Aros Mains, two miles north of Salen on the Isle of Mull. Medieval Aros Castle, the shoreline and woodland walks are all nearby.
Inside, the 89 m² cottage has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, hand and bath towels and hand soap are included, together with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Freesat. There is also a Sonos speaker. A washing machine, indoor and outdoor clothes airers, and an outdoor washing line are available. There is no tumble dryer.
The cottage is family-friendly, with a travel cot and high chair available on request. One or two dogs are welcome by prior arrangement for a total fee of £10 per stay. Please contact us before booking to discuss bringing your dog.
Guests have private use of the cottage and access to the shared gardens and the area around Aros Castle. Parking is included, and a car is recommended for exploring Mull.
We provide a small starter supply of tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, bin bags, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets. There is a cafetière for ground coffee.
EV charging is available to guests in all three properties in the Apartment car park and is charged at cost. Please speak to us to arrange charging.
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Minimum stays vary by season; please use the availability calendar for the dates and lengths currently offered.

Great and quiet location. The apartment is clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The only drawback is the size of the double bed which has only 140cm width.
