The property located in the middle of town. Easy access to all facilities i.e foods. The place is clean and ready to use. The basic necessities are available.

Great location, kind, friendly staff, easy walkabout, not noisy (except for the ocassional loading vehicles), comfy beds, secure & safe, good shower water pressure, convenient kitchenette, late check-out for prayer, surprise birthday decor. Great for couples, friends, but not so much for families with kids, elderly.
Aircond was really cold (Termostat wasn't really working), the stairs going up to the first floor was really steep, difficult and unsafe for children and elderly, need mirrors in each room, a hanging towel rack for wet towels, and more snacks, beverage options for the price paid.

Good location, close to key attractions and malls.
The property is run down and in need of repair. Paint was peeling, there were stains and holes in the sofa, stains on the walls and it looked like poor repairs had been made to the property.
