We were being upgraded to Executive -the Club Lounge is fantastic!!. The hotel is strategically located in George Town, accessible to shopping malls and famous local delicacies F&B.

The room was great, we got upgraded and had club lounge access. The breakfast, pool and gym were good and it was the perfect base for our time in Penang. I would highly recommend.
The bar downstairs was a little basic but we went out each night

Its good location. And good value for money. Rooms are big. Its okay. House keeping services needs improvement
They have a sign that says if we would like to change our sheets place the card on the bed. We noticed that they just make the bed and don’t change the sheets. Same goes to towels. We stayed there total of 4 days and only once they changed towels. Which was a major put off. Other than that okay.
