Comfy room with good amount of space. Comfy bed and nice and cool air conditioning.
Gentleman who runs the dining area for the breakfast is 10/10, warm and welcoming.
Only place to fill up drink bottle is fourth floor, not even in lobby. Otherwise lovely stay

To provide more power point outlets within room for charging of gadgets. I found the USB port not working.

strategic location
cleanliness. when we stepped into the room, we could feel sands/dust on the floor that I have to use wet wipes to clean it for my kids to walk around barefoot. However, on the next day even after housekeeping, the same issue occurred that I have to use wet wipes to clean the whole floor. I have stayed with Jen for more than 10 years and this is the first time I face this issue.
