The staff is really helpful for room cleaning and keeping the bags after check out. Bed is comfy, room is all clean. Not so much noises from the road. There’s a mamak place next to the building cheap and taste good. Building is still new and well maintained.

Good value for the price. We had some issues with the AC not working but they solved it fast. Simple hotel but does the job, walking to the main center is like 15-20 min , so we ended up taking a grab car most of the days which is very cheap but the traffic is not great and it takes time to wait a grab every time. They answer very fast to messages.

Location is good, walking distance to komtar,cafe is nearby.Breakfast down stairs near the hotel.Near famous cafe Makan pagi.Very clean.Security good
You have to pay RM30 for room service..Not recommended for senior citizen or for family with kids as there s no kettle jug . To get hot water you have to go downstairs and bring down the access card,with you, if you have kids you have to bring them along to get hot water or leave them in the dark…
