Good location. Pleasant surroundings with greenery and Asian inspired decor.
Windows cannot be opened. Room was not made up and towels were not changed during my 3-day stay.

It is faithfull to the culture of Malaysia. Iāve never seen any value in staying in hotels that could be anywhere in the world.
We had a little trouble opening the front door with the card. Fortunately there was always someone in Reception who opened the door for us.

The location is not to close to Georgetown Downtown. But still in walking distance. But is is very quiet and the room was just amazing. Also the rest of the Heritag House was very nice nad authentic.
Unfortunately the bild could not be opened. So no daylight.

I supposed to stay for 4 days but because someone dies in my family I had to shorten my stay
