Everything we needed for our quick trip to Saint Pete !

This full size camper (air- conditioned) in a backyard is perfect for a single traveler.
It has a very comfortable bed. All the basics provided. Lots of outdoor seating and lounging areas in a private backyard.

We stayed during reggae rise up, it was a short Uber trip to Vinoy Park. Hot tub, pool, bar and putting green. Very neat place with lots to do. Enjoyed it

This was a fantastic place to stay! We really enjoyed the shared yard space, interaction there with fellow travelers and conversation with the host. Read the property description carefully - it is accurate. If you aren't fond of being in a camper or having shared social space (outdoor) with other guests then this may not be for you. But if you are then you will love it here. The host has created a magical yard space that is very focused on guest activities. He pays more attention to the guests' experience than any host we've encountered so far. We definitely hope to return here on our future trips to St. Pete!

Host was really nice. Location was not good. Supplies were limited in the RV. Security code changed multiple times with no notification.

Since we have stayed in a RV previously, we were more than excited for our stay in St Pete. Before we went down, we saw a more than concerning review from 12/2, which we proactively reached out to the host explaining our concern and expressed how we did not want to be misled. The Host referred us to the other 300 reviews he had and stated the review from 12/2 was a surprise, so we decided to keep the reservation.
There were multiple problems once arriving that quickly became evident. Here are a few - We since the shelves were dust covered we had limited storage. The deck outside had definitely bounce and unevenness. The shower was not sealed correctly as a result the base of the shower was extremely soft and seemed to be rotting out underneath which may be why it was damp inside all the time. Also, there wasn't fire extinguisher in case of emergency.
We were very fortunate that we had wonderful weather and could explore the nearby city. I would agree that the location was good, however we could not wait to leave and wanted to spend the limited amount of time there. It was damp, dirty, unleveled, and unsupported.
Note: we didn’t reach out to the host as these are things that need to be a part of the upkeep of the location. These are all larger problems that need some major maintenance to resolve correctly, and we knew it would not be able to be fix quickly
We agree to the review on 12/2 as this needs to be out there so other guest can get a full understanding.

Rented both places, luckily because we couldn’t even use the shower in the camper. The floor was caving in from water damage from shower & the door for shower would not shut so we had to use the outdoor shower. Told owner & he said shower door was in a test run because shower curtain wasn’t a good option but never did anything so we could use the shower in camper. Camper smells like mildew, bad. In the tiny home, the heater was leaking a lot and got all over my sisters stuff and soaked her pillows. Tried to use the toaster in camper and smelled like it was on fire. Had one trash bag for the week & one roll of toilet paper provided to us. Owners boyfriend came outside to stretch on the back deck while we were in the hot tub which I thought was strange, yes I know they live there but still. They left their house windows open all week so they could smoke & the whole backyard smelled like weed the whole week while we were there. We left a day early because we were over it. I know it’s a camper & tiny home and not a condo or house but it was a lot more rough than I was expecting, pictures should be updated too.

The owner came out in the evening and started a fire in the fire pit and we chatted for a bit . It’s was lovely

Was like you were transported to the perfect mini paradise! Was only able to stay a single night, but will absolutely be back for a longer stay to take advantage of all of the fun amenities!
Thank you for everything, Mitchel!

We had such a blast there. We didn’t even bother really leaving the site for the whole time! Everything was nice, clean, just a neat design and layout! We want those light bars at the outside bar/grill area!! Haha! I’m not nervous bout that left side of the toilet at the floor base, besides that I think I left my jacket! But we so recommend staying here!!

The Host is awesome . Great advice where to go for a great night out.
Experience was fantastic. Backyard was great and cozy. Beautiful lighting. Will definitely be going back..

The caravan and its surroundings are unique. Perfect for one or two travellers.
Lots of nice touches like the honesty fridge and outside area.
Caravan is compact, so if you are of a larger frame, it could be a little tight! But it's a great base to explore StPete. $10 uber gets you to the Pier and downtown.
Mitch great with advice on where to go for drinks and music.
While the surrounding neighbourhood is not salubrious, it is quiet and you'll probably head straight to StPete anyway.

The concept of this property was good but our actual stay no. Left two days early. Photos don’t represent the place & the location definitely not for everyone. Poor parking & too much noise. Didn’t feel safe. Had to go to a hotel. This is a definite NO.

Paradise never fails!!
Last year, my wife and I stayed in the tiny house on this same property. We loved it so much that we went back this year, and stayed in the retro camper. It was adorable!!! The property owner has made several upgrades to the property since last year, and he's got a pretty neat little system going. There were some issues when checking in but we called the owner, and he came within 20 minutes to address the problem. He is always very respectful, and very quick to help with anything you need while there!! Honestly, we will be back again! We love this little paradise so much!!!

Camper was cute and just what you would expect- did not have heat until 1230am due to the propane tanks were both empty and after a few messages about that issue it was fixed
Hot tub needed to be cleaned you could smell the algae
outdoor cooking area is cute and stocked
great idea to have an onsite vending/snacks
multiple rentals on site and in close proximity

I was looking for a place in this neighborhood because of its proximity to where I would be meeting with some people. Riding down the street was nothing special, but when I found the place, entered the code on the gate, the backyard and accommodations in the RV were great and relaxing. Nice gem in the southern part of St. Pete!

Had a great stay in St. Petersburg
I had a great time at this property, Mitchel was very accommodating and welcoming. The airstream was very cool and unique and loved the look and feel of the set up in the backyard. The neighborhood reminded me of where I grew up, so I liked it, it probably wouldn't appeal to everyone. You can definitely hear music and conversations but it just shows the community, never felt like I was in danger. The only downside was that it was a chilly so we couldn't enjoy the pool or outdoor patio and set up as much. I would definitely recommend this anyone and will come back to see it again when I'm in the St. Pete area

Fun and quirky!
My husband and I always wondered what it'd be like to stay in a small trailer and finally got the chance! This place was decked out to the max with fantastic amenities both inside and out. Mitchell, the host, was very accommodating and attentive. Perhaps the only downside would be the neighborhood, though that's in no way the host's fault and it did not take away from our enjoyment of the stay. The Gardens has been moving up and improving over the last few years, and our friends who grew up in St. Pete at first were surprised we were staying there but then came back and said these days it's much better. We had absolutely no trouble with anybody, and in fact all of the young neighborhood kids we ran into were incredibly polite and sweet; the adults kept to themselves, as did we :-) The trailer itself is exactly as listed-- retro and cool! The exterior that Mitchell has been building up around with the deck and small pool was also a great perk. We enjoyed the evenings outside with the lit-up palm tree, and the mornings watching a red-bellied woodpecker fixing up her home in a nearby tree as we drank coffee and relaxed. We were close to everything we needed to get to during our stay, and both checking in and out were a breeze. If you've ever been curious about "van life" or "RV life" then this place is a great one to test it out-- perhaps a little TOO good! :-D

Cute, very cozy and relaxing.
The host was amazing and accomadating. I loved the location I was able to easily ride my bike to the Dali museum which was the reason for my visit. I loves the little back yard patio with the lounge chairs where it was perfect to sit under the awning and listen to the bird while I had my morning coffee.

Great retro trailer for my stay in St Pete. Very close to Tropicana field! Location is easy to find, easy parking, nice deck in front of trailer, inside was very clean, bed comfy, and kitchen/showers set up met my needs and exceeded what I expected!! Would without a doubt stay here again
