Noisy because the unit beside the main road

Location and accessibility. Keypad lock makes it easier to enter without worrying about access cards
The air conditioning system was not very functional. The vent in the back room was leaking water from condensation. The front room air conditioning was controlled via the living area air conditioning system.
The smell of the sewage came in through the bathroom

Great location within walking distance to center of all the historic Georgetown sites and food places. Apartment is large and spacious with all amenities available. Comfortable beds and clean amenities. Sleeps 4 persons very comfortably. Great value for what you get.
There is no on-site staff so all queries and help for any issues will have to be made via a phone call including asking for extra towels or toilet paper. It's more an AirBnB type place than a hotel. If you are a light sleeper do not book this place as the traffic noise and music and singing from the bar opposite can be heard quite clearly. Be informed all nearby parking is mainly street-side paid parking. I woke up late and got ticketed at 9.05am for not paying for my parking. Not the fault of the property though.
