Newly built with sophisticated farmhouse decor. It’s a beautiful quiet retreat that you’ll never want to leave. As the owners we paid close attention to detail in the design and layout of our home making sure of a comfortable stay for all our guests. An incredible jungle oasis with palm trees and lush native landscape complete the backyard, with PRIVACY that you won't get on a canal. Two plush king beds and one queen, tile flooring throughout (no wall to wall carpets), heated salt water pool, large flatscreen TV's and a stocked pantry are only some of the amenities that we have included to make your vacation memorable. Also there is a deluxe queen air mattress with built in pump if you need it. The Space. As you enter our home, your first thoughts will be how bright, airy and open it is. The expansive living room is open to the kitchen, dining room and office/den. All these areas look out to the gorgeous heated pool and lush Florida landscape. We also supply WIFI, Amazon and Netflix in case you feel a need to take a break from swimming, sunning and relaxing. One of the most amazing parts of this home are the zero corner sliders that disappear to let the outside in. This wonderful feature allows a totally open feel that blends both outdoor and indoor living. There are two tables for dining, one on the lanai and a large 6 person farmhouse table in the dining room. Four bar stools at the 10+ foot granite bar allow for easy serving and cleanup. Sitting on the lanai, you'll have a choice of multiple seating and lounging areas that are both sunny and shaded. On a cool night, light up the propane fire table and pool light for a spectacular effect. There is also a 4 burner Weber grill and a refrigerator on the lanai so you don't have to walk far for an icy cold beverage. The pool and lanai are very private and we also have a pool screen you can easily erect around the pool for added safety. Then you can relax knowing your little ones cannot access the pool without your help. Yes, the pool is heated with a sunshelf to keep you cool as you tan (also a blast for the kids). We also have some baby equipment that includes an umbrella stroller, car seat and pack n play in case you need them. Our home offers three spacious bedrooms, each with their own lavatory. Two king beds and one queen with crisp linens will provide total comfort and relaxation. The lavish master suite features a coffered ceiling, roman walk around shower, dual vanities and your own private entrance to the lanai. In the laundry room there is an oversized washer and dryer along with necessary washing supplies to shorten time spent on this task. We have stocked the pantry with spices and oils necessary for preparing a gourmet feast along with many small appliances. With its warm sense of community, South Gulf Cove is a growing area that is conveniently located. World class beaches like Boca Grande, 4 beaches on Manasota Key, Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach and Siesta Key to name a few are all a short drive away. You’ll find those famous shark teeth on all of these beaches. We have even left a sifter to take with you to the beach to help you find the “teeth”.
