Located in South Gulf Cove, this charming house for $149 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Sunny Florida Getaway is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on a canal, with a screened in lanai, private pool, and a dock. The living room offers comfortable seating and a 40” TV and DVD. There are also sliders to the lanai /pool area. When opened, the sliders let the outside in for a terrific view of the canal. The dining room, at the front of the house, has a large window that makes everything bright and airy. The kitchen has all modern amenities and also has sliders that open to the lanai/pool area with the water view. For casual dining, the breakfast bar is the perfect place. There is also a full pool bath for convenience when dining outside or using the pool. This bathroom is also accessible from the home. The spacious master suite has a king bed, 40” TV, and large sliders that open to the lanai/pool area as well the water view. The master en suite has double vanities, tub, walk-in shower and toilet room. The three guest rooms have queen beds and TVs. One of the guest rooms is accessible through another bedroom and has sliders to the lanai/pool area. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The spacious lanai includes is a large dining table with 6 chairs,as well as a 32" television, BBQ grill, and lounge chairs. The enticing pool is 24x11 and is heated upon request for a fee of $65.00 weekly. Looking for a getaway, Sunny Florida Getaway is your answer. This property was great. Great location and beautiful home. My children loved the pool. They went fishing every night. Did not catch any. But they did see some good size fish in the water and no alligators. Would recomend this home to anyone that just wants to relax by tge water.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The pool was refreshing, the beds were comfortable, the home had everything we needed and there was no need to leave the house to watch the Fourth of July fireworks. You could see them from every direction. We didn’t have much luck on fishing as there is a visiting alligator but s/he was never on land. The neighborhood is very quiet which is always nice.

Very nice home, extremely happy with multiple bedrooms and comfortable beds! Plenty of linens, pool and beach accessories, kitchen accessories, overall well stocked. Would love to stay at home again in future. Only negative was bug bites from Florida's notorious " No See Um's ", bring your spray, as we do every time we visit Florida.

Property is beautiful and I hope it still is. We weren't able to go because of the hurricane. So sorry to say. The property Mgr said I will be getting a refund and I was just wondering when I can expect it. We would like to book for next year but not sure what condition the house will be. Please advise ASAP. The house was clean for the most part. Unfortunately the previous tenants had been fishing and left a lot of trash. Unfortunately the trash pick up wasn’t for 3 days so it left the house smelling. The owner was great and advised to set it outside at the road instead of leaving it in the garage. The previous tenants had also used the fridge for bait and fish. The fridge smelled horribly! We bought extra baking soda and cleaned it very well a few different times. It was better by the end of our stay.
Other than that.. it was a great stay! We had a blast swimming in the pool and fishing on the pier. There was a huge turtle that came to visit us while fishing. We did catch a red fish on our last day there. Great house and was suited perfectly for what we needed.

Wonderful stay!
We were really impressed by the size of the house and pool. Plenty of room for everyone. A little disappointed that we couldn't fish due to the gators but we still enjoyed our time here.

We had the best time! This house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed!! The pool was gorgeous and heated and the canal was amazing to look at every day!! We even saw an Alligator swimming in it! We will definitely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great house and pool. Beautiful and quiet location. House was equipped with everything we needed to have a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Truly hope we can return next year to escape the northern winter and get some much needed Florida sunshine!

The neighborhood is very nice and the houses on the street are all very new and nice which is always a concern for me when I rent so I wanted to share that it is a good area. The closest beach is maybe 20 minutes away and there is a grocery store about 10 minutes away. The kitchen had everything that we could want, plenty of towels and linens etc.

Perfect Relaxing Family Get-a-way

We choose this property because it was outdated and having 4 kids we weren't want to risk damaging something and be charged for it. Nevertheless we were charged over hundred $ for extra cleaning even though we paid for cleaning fee at the time of booking. (I'm trying to dispute that with VRBO). Neighbor who lives next door and have patio open towards the property pool came 5-6 times during our 9 days there at different hours to complain about kids (7, 8, 4,5) at various hours 7pm, 8pm and at 10pm New Years Eve because " I want to go to sleep early". To open a grill u need to use pliers, gas tank was empty, u have to lift gas line cover to light it up. Owner does not respond to messages. When we came we have to buy laundry detergent and before we moved in we washed all the shits , we were using our detergent during stay, at the end we washed the towels and stripped the beds so the cleaning lady could wash them (we didn't wash them because we were out of detergent ), we were charged extra cleaning fee because of that ... I guess they want to leave them unwashed for the next people..... Definitely coming back to the area but not to that property........

Hair on bathroom floor and a big hair on the soap dish in the shower. The first night we had to change all the bedding and wash bedspreads on the twin beds. before going to bed. Family get together
The home was very clean very quiet. But our first night there the neighbor threatened us with the authorities because we was to loud in the pool at 10pm. Even though as soon as she ask we quieted down and apologized immediately. Then the next day the property manager came was super rude threatened us as well told us even if it's 3pm to be mindful of the neighbors to be quite. Excuse us this is our vacation and the very respectfull children just want to laugh and swim. Nothing more or less. He also threatened the authorities over my service animal after I told him several times it's illegal to deny service animals. He proceeded to tell me to kennel then or I may have to get out and forfeit my money and stay. That he would contact the owner and authorities and call me back. I called the owner that day and I am home now I still waiting for a call back. Other then having that issue the house would be perfect to stay at again.

Lovely home for a relaxing stay
Very nice home with responsive and friendly owners. The home is in a secluded and quiet setting , you couldn’t ask for much better for a place to have some good rest and relaxation.
