Sit by the refreshing pool whilst enjoying your favourite glass of Hunter Valley wine and listen to the abundant birdlife. You will feel the stress of the city just slipping away. Cants Cottage accommodation consists of two spacious bedrooms (1 queen and 1 double) and an enormous loft bedroom that can sleep up to 9 guests, enabling comfortable accommodation for up to 13 guests. The house has two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Cants Cottage has a lovely country kitchen with all the mod cons and a great open plan lounge and dining room with a cosy open fireplace for those cooler months. Outside you have a large wrap around verandah that leads to a refreshing swimming pool and a huge cabana with panoramic views over the vineyards and valley. Cants Cottage is fantastic for a romantic getaway or a great place for a larger group of family or friends. Country breakfast provisions are supplied by the onsite owner for the first morning, which include bacon, eggs, bread, milk and juice (please note no condiments are provided), plus freshly laundered linen and towels.....you won't want to leave. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit/bond of $800.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time. NOTES A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed. Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
