The apartment is located in the heart of Madrid next to the Gran Via. The location is perfect for both business trips to meet, stroll and explore the historic city center.

It has a very comfortable sofa bed with mattress viscolatex for 2 people in the living room, double bed in the bedroom, two closets large capacity, full bathroom with tub and fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher. The double glazed windows make the warm and quiet apartment for comfort and relaxation of our guests.
We have free parking in the same building for guests, very important in this area of Madrid.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating.

A very comfortable apartment with all the neccessary equipment you need to have a pleasant stay. Situated in the centre of Madrid. We visited the most interesting issues by walking nut you can easaly use the electricbike situated nearby.
