Our stay at Bryant Cottage was perfect for the two of us. Quaint and quiet neighborhood. Perfect location within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, UW campus and Huskie Stadium. Property manager answered promptly. Would definitely stay again.

Visiting with my sister who lives in a studio apartment in the Montlake neighborhood (with no room for me) this cottage was perfect! It looks just like the pictures, is wonderfully clean and modern, with one parking space making life easy. It was a lovely spot to start and end each day. I was in an upscale hotel in the days prior to my stay at this property and truthfully felt Bryant Cottage was superior!

This apartment is built over the homeowner’s garage. It was a well-done project. The finish work is attractive. The bathroom shower is large and comfortable. Once you find the location, coming and going is easy. This neighborhood was very convenient for us. It was 15-20 minutes to all the places we wanted to go while in Seattle. Thank you Andrew!

Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, sunny Bryant cottage! We were able to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops & visit with old friends in the neighbourhood. Andrew was a very responsive, wonderful host. It's a great place to stay if you're visiting the University of Washington community.

This place is a winner! We will stay here again for sure. Clean, cozy, great directions to the place and instructions on how things work. It was wonderful. The shower is heavenly and the towels are SO SOFT! Ice maker worked so fast. All the way around 5 stars!!

Pretty awesome place from location (which is walkable to pretty much anything you need, even with ice covered streets) to full size fridge and good size bathroom. All eating utensils/plates available if you want to arrange a picnic from the goodies at nearby Metropolitan Market. During the ice storm, we walked to a neighborhood restaurant with great vibes and really excellent pizzas and happy hour drinks. Andrew was very nice and highly responsive to any questions. I'm grateful for the memories here and will definitely stay again!

It's a great space, clean, nicely appointed, well stocked kitchen, easy to work with owner. This room is above the garage. There was a little noise in the garage, but not really a problem, never at night. Lots of light! Easy access to transit and shops!

This one room space plus bath is great for a couple of people. It offers easy access to the property and to restaurants in the area. We find it perfect when we are visiting family in the Ravenna neighborhood. The hosts are on the same property and easy to communicate with. Parking is tight but doable with care. Overall, a great spot for a visit to Seattle.

We enjoyed staying in this lovely property -- Andrew was a responsive host, the studio is a perfect size for two with a sitting area and small kitchen, and we appreciated the tasteful updates and decor (great shower!).

It was an ideal location with restaurants within walking distance and Seattle attractions and Mount Rainier close by. Parking was always available directly in front of the unit. Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our VRBO visit in the Seattle neighborhood of Ravenna. The carriage house type studio was nicely appointed with a partial kitchen, attractive furnishings, comfortable bed, modern bathroom & shower, and windows galore. Very private and accessible to downtown via bus or light rail. We got to explore the city as well as enjoy nature and Mt Rainer National Park. Very welcoming owners! Excellent stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay in this wonderful, well equipped studio unit. We were within easy walking distance to quality restaurants and parks in a terrific neighborhood. The owners were very friendly and took the time to make us feel at home. We could not have had a better experience and we will definitely be staying here whenever we visit Seattle which hopefully will be in the very near future.

Booked this for my parents to stay while visiting from out-of-town. They raved about nice and well-thought out the room was, and they enjoyed walking a few blocks up the street to the local cafe for breakfast. While coming and going, they bumped into the host’s friendly kid in the yard who gave them some suggestions about things to do while visiting in Seattle. The access is from a narrow alley, and my parents would have had a little difficulty finding it because they’re not familiar with that kind of arrangement, so I’m glad I was there to drop off. You’re in a tight alley/backyard, but it feels private because you’re on the upper level and there are trees around, etc. Overall it worked out perfectly for what we were looking for.

We were in town for our son’s UW graduation and if we had known about this property sooner, we would’ve visited him more often! Perfect, quiet location walking distance to U Village and Husky stadium. Having a designated parking place at this property was a bonus! Neighborhood is quaint with well manicured craftsman homes. The studio itself was better than expected. Clean, modern, private and so comfortable! It sits above a detached garage so be prepared to go up stairs once you enter. So grateful for such a pleasant stay!

The property is very nice. Parking can be an issue. We were told to access the property down a very narrow alley and park in front of the property. However, on the first evening there was another car parked where we were told to park. We then had to find a spot on the street and walk down the narrow alley in the dark on a cold and rainy night.
