My trip was for watching 2 SpaceX launches, one at night and one 2 days later during the day. They did not disappoint! Proximity to Cape Canaveral and the beach made for perfect viewing. The space was perfect for just me and the location is close to plenty of good restaurants. Whether you are going to the beach of for launch viewing, this small condo is perfect. I will definitely stay again.

Property was clean and well maintained. Location was nice with a short walk to beach. Property was well supplied with what you need to cook. Well decorated. Nice TV with Disney+. Comfortable bed. Only downside is the location of kitchen sink makes it awkward to wash dishes. Overall, I’d stay here again. I liked it.

Unit was just as described and you can tell that it has been recently remodeled. Nicely appointed and less than two blocks from the beach. Owner is very responsive to questions. Enjoyed the use of the beach chair and umbrella. Will plan to stay again if available. Was able to walk to breakfast and dinner locations.

So, its a cute little place, a couple hundred yards walk from the beach. Very much a throwback to the space age 60s (the building's twin is even called "Jeannie by the Sea II" or something, that implies this was once the I). It's got a TV and some streaming, good wifi, very cold AC (critical in August), updated flooring. Small kitchen, but it's really only missing a dishwasher; it's fine. In this day and age, if you're looking for a Florida getaway, but on a bit of a budget, this place will work for you.

The apartment was just like home the only issue we had was the apartment above us was doing some remodeling so there was a lot of power tools being used.

Everything was just as listed! Very close walk to the beach, we even drove some as there’s public beach parking right there! Chairs and umbrella and towels in the unit! Clean and just enough space for 2. We enjoyed our stay very much!

I stayed 10 days and this place was perfect. Great location, super close to the beach and many good restaurants. I would recommend this spot to anyone. Only 1 negative, but it has nothing to do with the Condo at all, but there are some obnoxious people who live across the street. They play music loud and play with remote control cars in the street. Several times I almost ran over them when driving down the street. The condo is on the opposite side so once you are in the condo you can't hear them.

This place was beautiful and the location was perfect. The beach was a very close walk. The place has everything you need or think about needing. We had no problems with anything except coffee maker, but Starbucks and Duncan were right down the road. There were beach chairs, beach towels umbrellas, all the supplies you would need. We will be back and definitely stay here again. Love this place!

We loved staying here. I'd say it was even better than the pictures and description make it appear. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk, barely even a block to walk to. The bed was comfortable, the entire place was spotless and the amenities were helpful. Coffee maker, filters, coffee, shampoo/conditioner, blow dryer, amble beach towels and beach supplies as well. The beach umbrella really saved us from the sun too. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Not a bad thing to say. All was great! The owner contacted us immediately upon arrival, let us know if we needed anything to let him know. He followed up again later in our stay. We were there 11 days. Complex was quiet and the beach is just a 5-10 minute walk. Will stay again
