Good location, close to the historic center. Comfy beds, really nice breakfast
It was hard having to carry luggage up the one flight of stairs- elevator landed one floor down or up

Apartments were very well located, close to the underground and a 15min walk to Garibaldi train station where it was easy to go to other places from.
Well located for exploring the city in all directions. Breakfast was 10/10, staff were the same, very hospitable and friendly. I can definitely recommend if looking for a comfortable stay!
All was good, perhaps other options for English channels on TV but thats a minor thing.

Our room was spacious and nicely decorated.
The location of the hotel is very central.
The staff was wonderful: Gisella and the gentleman who both take care of everything, Angela who helped us during breakfast and the very friendly lady who cleans the rooms.
Breakfast was very nice. I am lactose and gluten intolerant and I was able to get plenty for breakfast.
The elevator, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

The location & room size
Our room was directly off the breakfast room (room 503), probably the worse room at the hotel.
On arrival the lift was not working, I called the hotel and they sorted this; however that’s not a “luxury” experience.
Breakfast was ok, very little amounts of muesli were offered, if you are into sweets for breakfast you’d be ok.
The shower pressure was good but because of the pressure the nozzle of the shower came off each money so you were left with a hose to shower - that’s not luxury.
