The rooms were fine (but not special) and it was nice to have a balcony. The location was not at all picturesque, especially with massive roadworks but it's actually well located for many sites, the ferry port, and museums etc. Walking distance to the Duomo and to the Spaccanoli.
Breakfast was fine, but the breakfast room is very cramped and staff sometimes go missing!
The 'hotel' was good but not great. I think 'luxury suites' is overdoing it!
The correspondence before arriving was off-putting as the staff do not work during normal hotel check-in times. We really worried about access, but in fact the staff were available for longer hours than stated, and we got in OK. Seems so odd not to have someone there till say 6pm at least, to save anxiety. The outside door to the building is closed during the evening so I don't know how evening check-ins get into the building.
The lift does not take you to the floor the 'hotel' is on, so unless there is a staff member around, you have to drag suitcases up the stairs. The lift is very small and seemingly unreliable.

Great central location
Rooms clean, comfy bed, good bed linen.
Stylish. Friendly staff.
Excellent communication from staff prior to arriving with clear instructions on how to access the building which could be quite confusing otherwise.
Breakfast wasn’t as great as other reviews had led us to believe- cramped area, small tables, not the freshest selection of food and buffet style hot eggs were lukewarm, rolls/cakes not fresh and not highest quality. Boiled water requested was served lukewarm.
Bedrooms whilst stylish are not practical, insufficient storage space for two suitcases, only mirror on inside of wardrobe, bathroom - the shower is so narrow and awkward tho the water pressure was good, not enough space for your own toiletries.
Accessing building in spite of instructions is not the easiest.
Whilst the hotel was okay and functioned for our short stay in Naples it was not a wow for the money we’d paid and we wouldn’t stay here again if we were to return to Naples.
