We were on the 7th floor and air conditioning was not very cool

AC didn’t cool well. Shower was a mess with water everywhere.

Despite being in the middle of the very busy city, it is incredibly quiet. The facilities are excellent and the room itself was very clean. The highlight of the trip was the service though, everyone I interacted with was amazing.

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions due to its proximity to the Port. However, I was somewhat disappointed during my most recent visit, as it seemed my loyalty was taken lightly and I was initially assigned a very small room. After I expressed my concern, I was then upgraded, which I greatly appreciated.
Additionally, I noticed that rates have increased, which may warrant consideration in relation to the hotel's overall offerings.
I hope management will take my feedback into account and make appropriate adjustments.
