This was a great property for my family of 4 - wife and early 20s daughters. Super clean, easy access to the the never overcrowded beach, close walk to nearby restaurants, access to beach chairs and umbrellas. Plenty of space for everyone with amazing views. Where else can you wake up open the remote controlled blinds and see dolphins jumping in the gulf of Mexico? Nice balcony with patio couch and chairs facing the gulf. One of the closed beach access points on Marco Island. We were able to get down to the beach in less than 5 minutes. 10 minute walk to Da Vinci's, Marco Prime, Oyster Society, La Tavola, Pinchers, and Nacho Mamas restaurants. Quick 10 minute beach walk to Sunset Grill and Stilts (at the Crystal Shores Marriott) for lunch.
Donna was very responsive and helpful before the stay and during the stay. I would stay here again next time.

Our stay at Somerset on Marco was wonderful. The condo was fantastic and the location was great. Our contact person, Donna, was fantastic too! Answered all our questions immediately. The only thing I would say to be aware of is that as far as the beach chairs and wagon go you don’t just have your own. You have to share. It’s more of a first come first serve kind of situation. However, we always had chairs and a wagon, but if you want the nicer chairs you’ll want to get out there early. 😊.

My family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Donna’s luxury beachfront condo and already booked our return for 2023. The views of the gulf from the family room and main bedroom were spectacular and the comfortable balcony furniture felt like an extension of the family room. The condo was beautifully renovated and equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated its minimalist design that allowed for a clean and decluttered environment. It was also an extra treat to have a fleet of bicycles to use and plenty of beach equipment. Donna was a quick to respond to any questions we had and we can’t wait to go back!

The property is BEAUTIFUL and as described. The directions in the email are a bit confusing BUT the property manager was AMAZING to deal with. She was so helpful and walked us through it. My husband and I just returned from a week at this condo. The reviews about its cleanliness were spot on - it was spotless! The condo is beautifully decorated and everything that we needed was there. The location on the beach was phenomenal too, as it is located down the beach from the big hotel chains and is therefore less crowded. We will definitely stay here again on our next trips to Marco!!

Condo was spotless, and in a great location. From the elevator to the private beach was (maybe) 50 yards. There are plenty of supermarkets in the area for supplies. Really enjoyed eating breakfast early in the morning on the balcony. Overall, it was a perfect location for a very quiet beach vacation.

Wonderful Experience
This was our first trip to Marco Island and we could not have been more happy with our experience. The condo was exceptional. It was beautifully decorated; clean; the amenities in the kitchen were fantastic. The view of the beach and sunsets were amazing. Donna was such a pleasure to work with and we would definitely recommend her. The cabana provided with beach chairs, umbrellas and other items were great and allowed for less packing. She made it all very easy for us to enjoy our week. Thank you Donna for everything.
