About this house rental
Located in Marco Island, this lovely house for $377 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. It’s like having your own private waterfront resort. This 2,800 square foot home features two separate master suites. The suite on the second floor opens up to a private balcony facing the water. The home sleeps ten, with two king beds, one queen, two twins, a sleeper sofa and three and a half bathrooms. Actually, it sleeps twelve if you count your dog and cat. That’s right, this is one of the few island rentals that welcomes your pets. It also comes with a two-car garage. The spacious lanai overlooks a turquoise canal lined with palm trees. After a refreshing swim in the heated pool, fire up the gas grill and use the outdoor kitchen to enjoy waterside dining at its finest on the shaded table cooled by an overhead fan. You’ve even got a wall-mounted outdoor television to entertain you as you savor a barbequed lunch. Then, at the end of the day, the hot tub is your front row seat as the setting sun turns the sky brilliant orange. The exquisitely decorated interior is a paradise in its own right. House had numerous electrical issues. Upstairs suite had no power working. Kitchen lights would pulsate like they were surging. Wifi was in and out constantly so we could not get any work done and tv was wifi based so it too was in and out. Home was advertised with heated pool and hot tube which neither were working. Manager called pool tech who never showed up. Called second one and heater could not be fixed and it had not been working for some time. We complained and were able to move to a different location. The second home we were placed into was a dump. Pool heater was working but outside of that it was a home we would have never considered. Vacation are too short as they are and have to go through all of this made for a very bad experience and a stressed out time that should have been spent relaxing. We are still trying to receive compensation from manager for what we went through and false advertising of amenities that the home provided.

House is nice and pet friendly which is ideal for those families needing that. House has wear and tear and needs maintenance. A bathtub drain has been clogged for two years and bathroom sinks clogged at first use. Dishwasher started an electrical fire when there but they did replace within 24 hours. The rest of the notes are around it needing to maintained. (Holes is the screen around the pool, both garage door openers don’t work, laundry doors need to be switched, etc.) With all of that said it is a nice location. Great place to rent a boat and take out to the water. Nice neighborhood and neighbors are friendly. Ideal for walking a dog.

This is the second time we have rented this home on Marco. Easy drive to the beach, great pool, and very clean. The air conditioner was not working upon arrival, we called the management company and within the hour it was fixed. We did have to purchase an umbrella and some chairs for the beach (which we left in the rental) because items were broken. There were five guests and we did most of our cooking at home. The kitchen had plenty of supplies and utensils for cooking. Very close to a Publix for those quick trip needs!

Our rental had everything we needed for a comfortable stay--plenty of towels and supplies--and the house was clean. The furnishings were just a little bit "tired" for the price of a weekly rental, especially the upstairs suite. Mattresses, bed, and upstairs carpet need upgrading. This did not prevent us from having a good time and enjoying the home's amenities (pool, hot tub, lanai) but I expect a higher quality home at this price point.

Beautiful property, enjoyed our stay. Property management needs to stay on top of small repairs I.e. patio door handle loose from previous renters, they left a note about it but not fixed for us. Also needs more silverware and coffee cups for that large of a rental.

This home exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless and had everything one would need. There were a few maintenance issues that we purposely overlooked. We knew if we reported them they would have been fixed and addressed immediately; But we were there to enjoy the weather, the scenery, the palm trees, the accommodations, our family and attend our daughters wedding. After reading reviews, we were excited to stay at this property. But we were disappointed. The bathroom that guests use, only had ONE faucet handle. COLD! When we called, 2 maintenance men came and didn’t have a part so they switched the faucet handle to the HOT side! The whole month there, we never had a cold handle - just a hole where it goes! Embarrassed to have friends use this bathroom. The dishes in cupboard were not clean. They had cake, frosting and other stuff stuck to them. Had to wash every item before we used them. They said this house sleeps 10. Maybe, but it can’t feed 10! The house is not stocked as stated. Hardly any cooking utensils. We stayed a month, with only 3 people, and I couldn’t find one casserole (glass dish) to make anything. And only ONE - 8x10 cake pan. Management tried to make it right, but brought glass cake pans instead of round casserole.
The outdoor lanai was full of weeds. Between the pavers, weeds were growing up all over. We told management -they said the yard person was coming to spray - they never did.
We were told they have beach chairs, there was ONE. For a house that sleeps 10,, that’s not much seating. Again, called management, they were wonderful and brought us 3 more (new) chairs and a cooler. All of the coolers at the house were broken. The floats for the pool had holes, so we bought our own.
The house, itself, could be a great rental property, but I believe it has not been kept up. Shows a lot of wear and tear.
Again, the management was wonderful and quick to respond - trying to correct these problems the best they could. But will not rent this property in the future.

We stayed here for 6 nights, great house and location, clean and has everything you need. We only had 4 adults and a baby and had plenty of space, they allowed our dog to stay which was one of the biggest reasons to book this house. I would recommend this house and would stay here again.

This house was perfect for what we needed for two families in FL to celebrate good news! The house was clean and the instructions were very clear regarding the hot tub. The garbage disposal was leaking the night we arrived (Sunday night) and even though the rental company was closed, we were able to get ahold of them and they sent out someone to fix it first thing. The only issue we encountered was that a construction company showed up to do roof work while we were there, and we were not informed of this. And for the money we spent, we felt it had to have been an oversight to have roof work/pounding going on when the house is to be used for a vacation getaway. It was a very uncomfortable situation for us, in turning away the construction this should not have happened. Other than that, wonderful stay!

March 2020 Stay
We came for spring break. Enjoyed the house, pool and hot tub. We had teenagers to grandparents. Lovely home on water. We rented a pontoon one day and fishing trip another day. Also went to a public beach. Beautiful weather.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was better than the pictures. We had a family of nine and two dogs. It was perfect for us. We docked our boat behind the house. Rented a pontoon one day and found an awesome beach. Pool and hot tub were throughly enjoyed every day. I will be back to Marco Island in the future.

Experience was fantastic. Constantly updated with information, App was great source of information. House was clean and perfectly situated. We were two families, total 5 kids (9 people in all) and house was perfect size. No complaints what so ever. Excellent memories for the kids.
