Great location and many great features like the pool, outdoor bar, master bedroom, etc. Sleeps eight comfortably. Has some rental wear and tear that detract from overall rating. Lots of items in garage to use and return are in disrepair. I would stay again if my group size was eight or less.

I took my family on vacation and we had a wonderful stay. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The house was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. Lots of toys for the kids to play with at the house and at the beach. Lori is an excellent host and she was quick to respond to any question. Thanks again Lori and we would love to stay there again.

The house is at a great location for boaters with a great dock with water and electric. 5 minute boat ride to beaches and great fishing. We caught snook, trout, and jacks right across the river. Bring your boat to this one!

We had a wonderful time at Lori's lovely home on the peaceful canal. Lori was so gracious and patient with all my questions. The house is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were the highlights. We had such a great time. It's a perfect location. We will be back next year! Thank you Lori and pls thank Giselle the property manager who was quick to answer my calls.

The house was great. It had everything we needed and is in a great location on the south end of the island. The check-in and check-out process was very easy, as well as the communication with the host. Kids loved the pool and fishing off the dock. The outside lanai / entertainment area was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Lori was amazing as a host, as were the accommodations. This house is flexible and well-laid out to accommodate families from toddlers up to teenagers, or even a few couples, with enough space to not fall over each other. So far, my favorite Marco Island vacation rental home! Lori was great through the whole process. The home is large and has everything you need to enjoy vacation. The pool area is second to none and the dock space was great for the boat rental and the paddleboards and kayaks - easy access to the gulf. The house was clean and there was enough space for everyone (we spent most of the 2 weeks outside as it was comfortable and spacious with TV's, a bar area, the pool and hot tub). I would recommend this home to anyone - don't hesitate to book it! You will be close to the South End of the beach and plenty of restaurants and things to do!

Nine of us stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The home provided us with ample space for everyone and we spent the majority of the time outside by the pool / on the dock. Lori was a great host and the check-in couldn't have been easier. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lori was always easy to reach with any questions. The property was as expected, and more! Our favorite was the back patio/pool area. We loved having coffee & happy hour on the dock and even saw the cutest manatee one evening. Overall, 10/10!

We had a great time grilling, swimming, fishing off the dock. It was even easy to rent a boat from a local rental place and they drop it off at the house for us.
We had no problems at all with the house and the host was awesome.

We booked this property to celebrate the graduation of our daughter from college and son from high school. There were a total of nine of us (7 adults and 2 teens). The house was very clean and well appointed for a group our size. The pool area was very spacious along with the dock. The owner was super responsive to any and every question we had. The house is located in a quiet area of town, but very close to everything you would need or want. We were only a couple of miles to Tiger Tail Beach (highly recommend), 1 mile from the Marco Island Historical Museum (very highly recommend), 3 miles from Dolphin Tiki Bar/Grill (highly recommend), along with many other attractions. There are 2 Publix grocery stores on the island and a Walmart just off the island. The herb and vegetable garden are a very nice touch and were very welcome. We couldn't ask for a better host or a better property to celebrate the kids' graduations. We will definitely be back.

We stayed 2 weeks. Lori is a very nice property owner and you can tell she's proud of her house. We enjoyed our stay. Great pool and lanai. We rented a boat and drove right up to the houses dock. We have been renting condo's and house's on Marco for 25+ years. This is one of the nicest however there were lots of small fixes that needed attention. We left a list and Lori promised to get them fixed. Nothing serious but important when your spending thousands. Thanks for a great stay Lori. We will be back!! We love Marco.😊

We loved our time in Florida at Lori's house! My family traveled with 6 adults and 2 small children and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. This is our favorite vacation home we’ve rented! The home is amazing. We spent most our time on the lanai swimming, watching sports while hanging at the bar. The house has everything you need, beach gear, towels and a lot of cooking supplies. Such a fun trip! We will be back!

I could not have asked for a better experience! This was a special celebration with my family and this property and the hosts made it even more special than I could have hoped for. The property is beautiful and lovingly cared for and has everything you need for a great experience - the kitchen and lanai/pool area were our favorites along with the canal and sunset views. Location is convenient. The hosts could not have been more gracious and responsive. Thanks to the hosts that helped us make great memories. Overall, I give this property a 15 out of 10.

We had a military wedding in Marco and my family stayed at Villa Enzo. We brought our boat, extended the stay a few days, and totally relaxed! It was the perfect venue for our stay, and the owner was very responsive and communicated well. The location was perfect. Watched dolphins frolic in the canal!! We would highly recommend it and look forward to our next return!!

This home exceeded our expectations for our group of 3 couples. The location is the best part in our opinion as it eliminated a lot of the hassle involved parking for the beach. There is a lot of beach supplies available to use. A lot of the beach supplies is pretty heavily used, but that’s to be expected in a rental. The bikes that are supplied are pretty beat up with one of them hardly pedaling. While they were usable, don’t plan on getting very heavy use out of them.
We spent most of our stay away from the house in terms of making meals, but the time spent around the pool and hot tub was great. There was a great amount of supplies with towels and equipment in the kitchen. For our group we wished the third bedroom had a single bed instead of twins, but that was clear in the listing and unique to our needs as three couples.
The owner was on top of all communication and very quick to reply. The check in instructions and info was pretty extensive and covered many emails, but was clear as to expectations. Check out was very simple with no crazy expectations. Great stay overall and we look forward to returning in the future.

Marco island is a beautiful place that my family and I visit every year. We typically use a different website, but tried VRBO this time and a new property. there were great amenities with this villa including the fantastic outdoor area. The host was very communicative, but after various issues including no dish soap, a broken microwave, and no internet throughout the entire stay, my conversations with the host grew tense. When i voiced concerns, I received backlash and “concerns” that I would harm the home in some way. I was not pleased as the host should not be insulted when a guest is having issues and reporting them. Some other comments i received were “i can heat food on the stove” or “use your data like you would anywhere else”. Overall, the stay was acceptable and I will continue to visit Marco yearly as it’s a great place for families, but will not be returning to this villa.

The home is beautiful and the outdoor pool and kitchen area are wonderful for eating meals outside as a family. Very easy to get around to shops and grocery, as well as the beach.
We had a multigenerational vacation with the need to tend to some business matters, as well. We had issues with the WiFi modem functioning, but not being connected to the Internet. Multiple resets were attempted onsite and the host, while responsive, was unable to address the issue. There are 3 bathrooms and the Master toilet had an issue functioning properly. The host offered to send a plumber over, but we managed without having the interruption. All 4 bedrooms were required for our stay and one had a queen bed that had a broken slat in the middle that made it uncomfortable to sleep through the night. We let the host know that this damage was there from the beginning of our stay. Unfortunately, there was not a solution. We addressed the broken slat with a brace and duct tape and made it work for those who needed to sleep in that room. These few issues were detractors, but the host is aware of them and I would think they will be addressed for the next guests. We enjoyed staying in the home for our vacation.
