Located in Marco Island, this charming condo for $393 per night is a great option for your next break. Located directly on Marco Islands 5 mile pristine crescent beach front, western exposure for unobstructed views of world class sunsets. The Somerset complex is luxury at its finest. Central beach front location allows for easy walking to some of Marcos best restaurants, bars, shopping, water sports, and other near by activities. The Somerset complex offers two heated salt water pools, two out door charcoal grilling areas, pickleball and tennis courts, as well as, private beach access through its board walks. Newly added gym and remodeled lobby area. The Condo has been recently remodeled, with tile through-out, kitchen with open concept, new appliances, tastefully furnished and decorated guaranteeing you the island experience!!! Beach locker located in lower lever stocked with everything you need for a fun beach day. Concierge check in for every stay! Please be aware that after we accept your booking request, you will be receiving an email from The Somerset association for you to fill out their HOA form. This form has a non refundable fee of $100. During May 1 - October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season "Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

We enjoyed our stay, this unit is clean, very comfortable beds. Small issue with toilet water tank was resolved within one hour. We definitely will be back

Very clean and updated with a great view. No need to bring pool or beach toys - there is a good selection in the storage unit with a wagon to transport it all to the beach.

We had an awesome week! The condo was perfect, with a beautiful view of the beach and the amazing sunsets every evening. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance. The Somerset complex was well maintained and very quiet. The beautiful white beach was never crowded, which was great for morning walks or hunting shells. Katalina and Kurt were very responsive anytime we had a question or concern, though, really, everything was great. The weather was in the 80's most of the time. The pool was a little shaded due to the building next door, but it was heated so it didn't matter that much. I would definitely recommend Marco Island in general and this condo in particular. We'll be going back soon!

We took a family trip and the experience was excellent! The unit came fully equipped as advertised with the additional bonus of beach equipment in the storage area. When we weren’t relaxing in the sand, we enjoyed a variety of restaurants nearby. The staff communicated regularly and we’re fantastic with our questions. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for some family time!

Our stay was great! We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks. Everything you need is there, the kitchen is fully stocked, the locker that is on the lower level has everything you need for a relaxing day on the beach. The condo was very clean, and the bed in the main bedroom is comfortable. You can walk to restaurants, which is a plus. Publix is close, which really came in handy. The balcony has plenty of seating, we ate most of our meals out there. Will definitely return.

We hadn’t traveled in quite some time with our young children. Condos work the best for us to give everyone some space. This unit was perfect for our family and we could not have asked for more! Everything was updated and felt homey while still being on vacation. Katalina was very responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze. We enjoyed the beach and pool every day. The locker had everything we needed! A wagon would be a great addition. We will be staying here again in the future!

Absolutely beatiful stay. The property is wonderful and was super quiet the week we went. The condo had everything we needed. The pictures did not do it justice. The balcony was wonderful, as well as the storage shed with beach items. The grounds and pool were maintained well. We will be back!

Marco is gorgeous - amazing sunsets and great restaurants. Condo has pretty much everything you could need (would have loved a softer mattress in the master and a wagon to carry all the beach equipment in the storage locker). Place was nice and clean. Family of four and we enjoyed our stay! I will say, if you’re looking for powder white sand beaches, this is not the place (super shelly). Beach is still great and loved the private beach access of the condo.

The condo was basically very nice. The balcony was not as represented in the photo. The small table and two chairs outside the bedroom were not there. The round table top looked like it was covered with bird poop, so I would not sit there. The chairs at that table looked dirty and stained as well. I sat on one lounge chair on the balcony only and it was not comfortable where the lower back meets the out stretched portion of the chair. (I’m 78 and have had lower back surgery, so perhaps that’s why.). With my children and their families on both sides of me, I spent time on my daughter’s balcony. No bird poop on her table.
