Nestled in Marco Island, this charming condo for $400 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Beautifully updated! All new solid wood cabinets, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, pearl & marble back splash, brushed nickel fixtures! New furniture too! Social distancing is easy while staying in our condo! Use the elevator if you like, but it's easier to use our PRIVATE spiral staircase that leads from our lanai to the ground level, to our private cabana and steps from either of the 2 pools or the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Unloading your car is easy. Pull up to the curb at our front door, and you are home! No need to be in a hallway or be in a slow, crowded elevator! No scramble in search of luggage carts! Our condo is located on the peaceful section of the south end of Crescent Beach, in the most desired luxury building - The Somerset. Here, you are steps away from the sandy beach and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. From your private lanai, watch dolphins swim by while pelicans glide and dive! When you're ready for some action, nearby, you can rent jet skis, sailboats, catamarans, kayaks, go para-sailing, charter a fishing boat, or take in a sightseeing excursion. There are four restaurants nearby on the beach where you can enjoy refreshments, snacks, or gourmet meals. Plus, six more great restaurants, sports bars, a movie theater, bookstore, mini golf and fine boutique shops about a ten-minute walk on the street side. Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps 5 comfortably and offers all the comforts of home for you and your family. We proudly use Eco-friendly LED lighting throughout. Our fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances, including a stainless-steel washer, dryer, cafe style refrigerator with filtered water and filtered ice dispenser, glass-top stove, dishwasher and microwave oven. There are ceiling fans and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Plus ceiling fans on the front porch and on the lanai. We provide free Wi-Fi. In the living room we've upgraded our TV to a new 65-inch OLED for you to enjoy! The open concept dining area and living room lead directly to your private lanai. You won't want to miss a single sunset! Our lanai has high-end Gensun cast aluminum furniture with four bar height chairs and table, two comfortable swivel rockers, and a chaise. The master bedroom features a king size bed, access to the lanai, a walk-in closet, an on-suite bathroom with granite vanity, dual sinks and walk-in rain shower. The second bedroom has a twin-size bed and a queen-size bed. All beds have new Simmons "World Class Beauty Rest" mattresses. The second bedroom also features an on-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. We provide you with tennis rackets & tennis balls, pickle ball rackets and pickle balls in the walk-in closet. Additionally, we have a semi-private glass enclosed entry porch that can function as a third sleeping space with our new futon full-size sleeper sofa. What makes The Somerset so special? The Somerset is located on south beach and closer to the Gulf than most condos on Marco Island. In our condo, you won't feel like you are in a high-rise. Our condo gives you the feeling the Gulf of Mexico is in your backyard. Start and end your day on the lanai, enjoying beachfront views. There is nothing more relaxing than to begin your day sipping coffee on the lanai watching for dolphins and pelicans, then end your day admiring the amazing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Nothing soothes the soul more than the rhythmic sounds of the waves. Let the sounds of the ocean take you to your happy place! Somerset guests enjoy a private tennis court, and four striped pickle ball courts, and four charcoal grills. The charcoal, lighter fluid and utensils are provided. Plus, you have an assigned, covered, free parking for your convenience! The Somerset is the only condo building on Marco featuring 2 heated saltwater pools! Bonus: Just for our guests, Somerset 106 comes with our PRIVATE cabana! Inside, you'll find a new Kettler ping pong table with 4 paddles and plenty of ping pong balls. Stay active! We have four, new, adult 3-speed bicycles for your family to explore the Island. For the beach, you'll find a selection of chairs, loungers, umbrellas, sun shelters, and coolers with easy to maneuver beach wagons. In addition, we've got lots of noodles, pails, buckets, shovels, boogie boards, paddle ball sets, soccer balls, volleyballs and footballs to share with you. Plus, our proud, professional cleaners follow CDC sanitizing guidelines. All surfaces will be clean and sanitized before your arrival.

The property was very nice. The owners take very good care of everything since they also stay at this property. The views of the beach and sunsets from the lanai are fantastic. Overall, this a very nice place to stay.

We got a personal call from Mike updated on lights and different things in condo. Which I thought was so nice. We were trying to figure out lights and fans and then he called. The condo is beautiful and has everything you can need. Close to beach and has two pools. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in condo to use. What can I say Mike and Patty you made us feel at home.

Beautiful location and Condo, well appointed, very organized. Has everything you need for your stay! Plenty of shade sails, beach chairs, towels, toys! Spectacular gulf views, salt water pools are great! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We had a turtle climb up over the beach and lay her eggs front and center of the lanai! Loved this stay!

Like all of the other reviews say, this property is wonderful. Everything is so accommodating, convenient, clean and thoughtful. It’s a beautiful residence with just about everything you need. We traveled with our kids (9,7,5). We saw Dolphins most mornings while having breakfast on the lanai, enjoyed the beach every day and the pool, too! The beach carts/chairs/toys/towels/cooler made our stay that much easier. We could walk to dinner and ice cream. There isn’t a negative thing to say. It is a quieter condo building-not many families while we were there (our Spring Break was early, I think that’s part of it). But everyone was so friendly and enjoyed watching our kids play and have fun. Highly recommend this condo! It’s such a treat!

We have rented many different properties to vacation over the years. To say this was the best ever actually doesn’t do it the justice it deserves. We believe the excellence began with the owners. From the emails leading up to the trip with helpful information , to the personal call the morning after arrival. They have pride in their unit and it shows from the cleanliness, tasteful decoration, amenities provided for both inside and outdoor recreation. They felt like friends and we were staying in their home. I also loved the biography about them on the site. Again, this was a perfect personal touch. If we ever purchase a unit in the future, we aspire to manage it in this very way. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise- we will be back!!!

Fantastic unit with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is beautifully decorated and has everything you will need. We really enjoyed everything about the unit including the quick access down the spiral staircase to the pool and beach. The owners couldn't have been nicer making sure that we had a wonderful week and provided us with a so much good information on the area restaurants and attractions. Upon our return to Marco Island, we will absolutely rent this unit again. So Beautiful!!

Beautiful inside and out. Steps from the beach with everything you need provided. Property manager checked in at beginning and end of the week. Really cared about our vacation. Remote didn’t work for a TV so he ordered one and problem was fixed next day. If this condo and property manager could travel with me I’d take it every time. Thanks for the great vacation experience.

The condo was outstanding and the location was perfect. Our family enjoyed the private beach daily, relaxing in the soft sand, cooking off in the water, walking the beach or building sand castles with our little one. The condo was well equipped with all the beach gear and more.

Completely clean, fabulous upgrades, every toy/amenity you could want! Loved how the kitchen had a beautiful view of the ocean. Appreciated a huge selection of cookware, including slow cooker. Kids thoroughly enjoyed pickle ball courts, complete with rackets & balls. The best was the ability to use the bikes to get around Marco. We wondered how the view would be on first floor - spectacular - and a closer view of the dolphins. It was great to have the cabana below on the way to the beach. Unloading & loading the car was a breeze without having to use the steps or elevator. If you are looking for the cleanest, updated, & amenities included condo in Marco, this is it!!!

Arrival was easy and the minute we walked in the condo, it was everything they had said it was and the pictures were spot on. Our three week stay was nothing but fabulous and the view was breathtaking. Not only was the condo beautiful, the grounds are immaculate and very well kept. We did not use the many available beach accessories that are right at your fingertips, as we preferred to walk the beach instead. One very small issue came up and was immediately taken care of by property management. You can't go wrong renting this condo!!!!
