Located in Marco Island, this attractive condo for $457 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to our home away from home. The unit is located on the 5th floor, unit 512 with incredible gulf views Remodel just completed November 2020 Beautiful remodeled kitchen and bathrooms , wood porcelain look tile thru out, new furniture and coffee bar The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need, Including a washer and dryer in the unit. We have 3 TVs including a 65 inch TV in the living room, , Blu-ray player, keurig coffeemaker, free Wi-Fi , and a printer . The living room has a new sectional couch The dining area has a beautiful rustic wood table with 6 chairs The master bedroom has a king size bed and has a balcony with water views. Barn door leading into The master bath that has been remodeled with a huge beautiful large shower, double vanities , large makeup area with plenty of storage the 2nd bedroom is a guest suite ! 2 new full beds and a connecting remodeled bathroom with a shower and a sitting area with couch and 55 inch tv The large balcony with its incredible views is the perfect place to enjoy a meal , we have a large table that sits 6 and a lounge chair Everything you need for a day at the beach is provided , chairs , towels, umbrellas, beach cart and cooler The Somerset is a luxury beachfront condominium on Marco Island's gorgeous crescent beach. Steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Marco Island is the perfect place to get away from the everyday stress, it has the most beautiful beaches and the shelling is great, just a short walk down the beach are the Hilton and Marriott Hotels, they offer a wide range of activities from jet skis to Para-sailing and more, some of the best golf courses are in the area, Hammock Bay was rated one of Florida’s top golf course, Located within walking distance are great restaurants, a movie theater and shops. You can also rent a boat at one of the local marinas and explore the 10,0000 islands or head down to the everglades, If you are looking for a tranquil vacation on the beach the Somerset is perfect for you. Located on Florida's quiet southwest coast, Marco Island is within a hours driver from the Fort Myers airport and a short drive to Naples. ***the condo unit is smoke free/ no smoking *** Each reservation is required to pay a $150 application fee paid to the Somerset at completion on application. @@ The Somerset in the process of maintenance projects , the spring /summer 2024 painting will be done on the outside of the building including balconies, due to weather(rain) i don’t know exactly when work will be done by or around 512 , work is done from 8-4 m-f

For our "Five sisters getaway", we couldn't have been more pleased with this unit. It was EXACTLY as pictured. The kitchen was very well stocked, beds were very comfortable. Everything was exceptional. Susan was great at addressing any issues we had. Would definitely return to this wonderful place.

This condo is beautiful, super clean and peaceful. We spent the week on the beach, cooking, playing games and watching shows together. The Somerset is a family place, everyone was so nice. We had everything we needed and a beautiful view of the ocean everyday. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely be back next year.

We have stayed in several condos in the Somerset Building. This unit is the most beautiful one we have been in. It was very clean and has a wonderful layout. The owner was quick to answer our questions and very accommodating. Do not rely on the keypad, however, to get you into the condo as it may not always unlock the door.

We loved our stay at your beautiful condo. The decor is clean and fresh and filled with love. We enjoyed the quiet mornings and the beautiful sunsets almost every day from the balcony. Long walks on the beach and short walks to dinner were also great. We will be back for sure!!

Condo was as beautiful as the pictures! Completely updated. We had an amazing stay. The view of the sunsets each evening from the balcony were picture perfect. Somerset was a great complex, quiet and convenient to everything, The condo had everything we needed and more. It was like our home away from home. Highly recommend. Excellent host, we will be back!

Perfect location great building and easy and private! Clean and the grounds were perfect. Extra towels blankets pillows! The cooler and beach items were just what we needed. The small things matter like the extra laundry dishwasher tabs soap ect. And. Kitchen items. Everything you could need. Perfect decor that wasn’t over done or just for show everything was comfortable and clean. Would stay again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Condo is beautifully remodeled and it includes everything you would need throughout the stay. The check in process was very easy. Very clean, plenty of space. It included beach chairs located in the locker downstairs. We will definitely be back.

From the moment we arrived we fell in love with the views! The condo exceeded our expectations. It was a step above….very clean, the decor was light and airy. The teens loved that they had an extra space attached to their room to hang out in. The storage area had umbrellas and chairs for our personal use, as well as pool noodles and sand buckets. We also enjoyed the pool that was conveniently located on the way to the beach. The property in general was immaculate. We plan to return for sure. Thank you Susan for everything!

The condo was exactly as pictured. In addition, it was fully stocked with everything we needed. There were spices, sugar, syrup, dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The kitchen had all the appliances you could want including a waffle maker. The locker on the ground floor had beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon that we used to cart everything out to the beach. Susan was very responsive to all my questions and when she found out we would be arriving late at night, she mailed me the keys to the condo along with the gate key to make sure we had no issues getting into the unit. We didn’t arrive until 12:30 AM, so this was appreciated!

This is a beautiful condo with everything you need...gorgeous view of the ocean with a spacious balcony; a fully stocked kitchen with literally everything you could possibly need; comfortable beds and furniture throughout; thoughtful touches like an echo dot in the kitchen; chocolates in the candy jar; coffee pods for the Keurig, a beach bag to keep with lip balm and a tube of sunscreen; multiple sets of keys; access to a storage locker containing all items needed for a day on the beach; I could go on and on and on. The location on Marco Island is perfect...safe and secure, and within walking distance to many restaurants. A new Publix grocery is within an 8 minute drive. Susan is a wonderful, responsive owner with great taste and an obvious attention to detail! Thank you for a lovely week on the island, we will definitely return!!

This property is a true winner! Clean and beachy updated decor on the inside, gorgeous patio overlooking the beach with a big table for eating breakfast or any meal outside plus additional outside seating. 2 pools with plenty of seating and direct access to a quiet beach. We loved every minute in this condo and would love to return! We will miss the perfect sunsets on the patio! Thank you for a great beach vacation!

This was my family's first trip to Marco Island, and we absolutely loved it. It's so tropical, lovely, and extremely well manicured. Everywhere was so clean! This condo was gorgeous & perfect for us. The owner Susan was attentive and incredibly easy to work with. We will stay here again.
