The Master bedroom has a king-size bed while the second bedroom offers two queen beds. Each is furnished with a 32 inch television. The well appointed full kitchen features Corian® countertops and name brand appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The unit also offers a coffee maker, toaster, blender and a full set of eating utensils and cookware. The dining area provides a large extension table with seating for eight. Additional guest seating is available at the kitchen counter. The pine accented wall in the living room pairs well with the stone fire place, 42 inch television and queen-size leather sleeper sofa. A love seat, accent chair and coffee table -great for entertaining- complete the cozy living area. The condo offers two full bathrooms. The first is in the Master bedroom while the other is in the common area. Both are fully stocked with towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer. For added convenience an iron, ironing board and washer and dryer are also provided. Home and office are just a click away with complimentary WI-FI. Or grab a cocktail and leave it all behind at the outdoor seating provided on the balcony. The Cedar Stone Condos-Suites are directly across the street from Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Condo sleeps maximum of 8, rates based on 6 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Memorial Day and New Years Eve Holidays require $250 Security Deposit.

The place was super clean, very new, and nice. There was plenty of room. It was great for our older kids to have their own queen beds. This VRBO is not your typical place. I mean, it is not someone's place where they stay. So it wasn't as homey feeling. It is more like a hotel. A small complaint, not a big deal...We had 4 people and stayed 5 nights. We were provided the little hotel bars of soap and 4 rolls of TP. I'm sure we could have asked for more from the front desk, but we just made do :-) If you stay, you may want to ask for some up front or bring your own. I guess I was just annoyed for the amount of money we paid per night, that those supplies were stingy. Also when we got there at 4 pm, our room was not ready. They ask you to check out at 10 am when you leave. Not sure why it would take so long to get our room cleaned and ready. The pools were very nice and well maintained. The property and convenience was great. Overall a positive experience.

The condo was perfect for my 4-person family. Very nice price as well. We saved a lot compared to the local water parks. I would have made this a 5 star but the beds are memory foam and my husband and I cannot sleep on them at all. My girls thought they were great though.
