Close to ferry terminal, but it wasn’t much farther to other accommodations. Aircon. Good sized room
Kitchenette provided in room, but no fridge, no tea towel and nothing provided to wash up dishes etc. Michael later told me of a fridge in the common area, which should’ve been mentioned upon check in. I stored some water in a saucepan (no pitcher was provided) and it was gone the next day. No drinking water provided until requested, and even then it took 2 days.
He was very insistent on selling me tours, but neglected to give any information about them and what to expect. I was need up on a 16km hike around the volcano when I thought it was just a basic tour. I was not adequately prepared due to lack of information.
