Het appartement heeft een frisse en sfeervolle inrichting. De keuken en badkamer zijn misschien wat aan de kleinere kant, maar het blijft een monumentaal pand in het midden van de Altstadt, dus dat is ook logisch. Eén aparte slaapkamer (boven/naast de rivier), het andere tweepersoonsbed staat in een hoek/de zijkant van de woonkamer. Een gordijn of flexibele wand om dit af te sluiten zou misschien wenselijk zijn, voor als je met 4 personen bent. Er was een hittegolf tijdens ons verblijf, maar het is een verrassend koel appartement. Eigenlijk niets wat tegenviel, maar hier moet je rekening mee houden: Officieel mag je in het centrum van de Altstadt niet stoppen, maar de eigenaresse (haar winkel zit onder het appartement, dus dat is handig) adviseerde kort te stoppen en heel snel de koffers uit te laden. Ruim voldoende (betaalde) parkeergelegenheid op ongeveer 100 m afstand.
Voor ons geen probleem, maar je moet naar de 1e verdieping per trap.

Die Lage ist zentral Es ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Betten und Matratzen waren sehr gut. Auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet.
Was ein wenig stört ist der knarzende Parkettboden.

Die Aussicht war super direkt zentral
Für das Geld hätte Ich erwartet das mein Zimmer gemacht wird und frische Handtücher gewechselt wird.

Central location Just around the corner grom shops and grocery store on the other side of the street. Bedroom nice and big.
The shower head wasnt mounted to the wall so you had to shower holding the showerhead in your hand. The drain of the bathtub couldnt be closed so No bath if you wanted to take one. For a complete kitchen a microwave is essential but was now lacking. Other Than that the facilities were adequate. We recommend that the host makes a pamflet that says where to park your car and what to do and how the boiler works and so on. We were pioneering in an appartement where everything should be taken care of. Tip for future guests would be to notify them of the tourist parking option where you can park your car for only 3€ a day in stead of 7€. Something we found out asking around but would be helpful for tourists visiting Monschau.
