About this condo rental
Located in Folly Field, this attractive condo for $172 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Beautiful, updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and self-closing cabinets. New dining and living room furniture! The fully equipped kitchen includes all new Samsung stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, glass top range, built-in microwave, washer and dryer, Keurig coffee maker, Mr. Coffee, blender, mixer, cookware, and dishes. This lovely condo has three flat screen TVs - one in the living room (Smart TV), one in the master bedroom (Smart TV), and one in the second bedroom (DVD). WIFI is included. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo. The guest room has twin beds and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. We also provide a Pack 'n Play portable crib (just bring your own sheet for it). In addition to the usual high standard of cleaning we do, our cleaning service also launders bedspreads in addition to sheets and towels after every rental! Villa is conveniently located on the ground floor close to the beach gate. A first floor unit means no steps to go up and down with your beach wagon and chairs! Beach access is quick and easy, a 2-block walk to the beach through the beach gate to the private beach access path. The outdoor shower is right next to the gate for washing off after a nice day at the beach. For the convenience of our guests, we provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella. There are two swimming pools and a hot tub available for Fiddler's Cove guests. The larger pool is heated or cooled as needed from March through October. The hot tub is heated all year. Also, there are charcoal and gas grills and picnic tables as well as tennis and pickleball courts on site. Fiddler's Cove is a 23 acre resort about a five to eight minute walk (2 blocks) to Folly Field Beach, one of the island’s widest and cleanest beaches. Fiddler's Cove is a family-friendly area with 24 hour gated security. On-site amenities include two pools, hot tub, 7 Clay Har-Tru tennis courts, 6 Packed Har-Tru pickleball courts, 2 indoor racquetball courts and a recreation /clubhouse featuring a large flat screen TV and ping pong. There are playgrounds throughout the community. Fiddler’s Cove is located mid-island near shopping, restaurants, biking, fishing, championship golf, Pinckney Island nature preserve, and cinemas. Restaurants and Adventure Cove miniature golf & Arcade are all close by! Additionally, the island boasts miles and miles of paved bike trails, golf courses galore, and wonderful restaurants. Rental bikes can be delivered and picked up at the villa with bike racks near villa to lock up bikes. Fiddler's Cove requires all guests to check-in at the 24hr security gate to receive a gate and parking pass for your stay. Up to 2 parking passes can be issued for this unit. Sorry, but Fiddler's Cove rules do not allow motorcycles, campers, boats, trailers, or pets on the grounds. Also, smoking is not permitted. RESERVATION DEPOSIT: 50% of Total Due is due with reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. It is understood that the tenant is responsible for damages. CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund of deposits paid will be made when cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival date; 50% of deposits paid will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 7 days of check in date. No refund if cancelled less than 7 days of check in. Check-in: 04:00 pm Check-out: 10:00 am *** Our Villa is non-smoking (including balcony) and no pets are allowed*** No rentals over 60 nights. ***Amenities are not guaranteed and no refunds will be given if they are unavailable.

This is the second time we stayed at this listing, 3rd time at Folly Field. This stay was by far our favorite! It was such a lovely surprise to check in to the condo and realize that the decor and furniture had been updated! We love the blue arm chairs so much I am trying to find them at Target. Also the 3 NEW beach chairs were perfect for lounging on the beach during high tide as well as the beach towels!! 😊 The kitchen was fully stocked with multiple options for drink ware and cutlery. Communication with owner was seamless and we cannot wait to book for next year.

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. It was clean and exactly as described. Super close to the gate that leads to the beach, which was a nice bonus!! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. The condo had all the supplies for the condo and the beach including coolers, wagon, beach toys. I floated for a long time on the noodles in the warm water. The condo has a shared weber grill that we used. Debbie was very responsive and incredibly helpful. I definitely would recommend the condo and would stay there again.

We look forward to our summers in HHI every year and have already booked it again for next year. The condo is great and Debby is awesome. We are so glad that we found this gem in the tons of places on the internet. The location and space are perfect for our family of four.

Everything was quite lovely- comfy beds, beautiful linens and everything very clean. Our only issue was that i requested a handicap accessible unit as we brought my 89 year old father with us. Unfortunately, there were 4 large steps made of railroad ties (or similar) up to the actual building. This meant an ordeal every time we left or returned to our place. Once we had arrived ,there was nothing that could have been done about it. Otherwise it was very nice stay!

Perfect Location
This is our 4th visit to Hilton Head and Fiddlers Cove. 19D is located near each pool and tge gate to the beach. It is as pictured - clean, updated and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed to make our 2 month stay wonderful. And, Debbie, the owner, was so accommodating and readily available to answer any questions. I look forward to my next visit.

Great time!
The condo was exactly as pictured. The owner was so responsive to our every need. Debby contacted us immediately whenever we had a question. We had a wonderful time with the most perfect weather for February. It was two years since we had been in Hilton Head because of the pandemic. Can't wait to come back. Thanks Debby for everything.

Incredible Summer Vacation!!
We love this place. You cannot find a better value on the island. Debby is a wonderful and attentive host. We had no issues but needed parking passes for a few visitors. She checked in with us a few times to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The unit is well equipped for all aspects of our vacation, cookware, dish/glassware, beach chairs/cart to name a few. We were so thankful to be on the first floor! It makes carrying your groceries , luggage and beach gear so much easier! Debby's villa is in a perfect location within the resort. It is between both pools, close to the gates to get to the beach and even the propane grill. Everything you need is right there. The unit has excellent air conditioning and water pressure. The villa was clean and everything was in great condition. The listing is accurate and the photos are current. We like this place so much we reserved some weeks for next summer!

This was our second year in this condo. As it was last year, it was very clean and well stocked. It’s not overly big, but there was plenty of room for the my family of 4. The best thing about it is that it is just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Great Beach Access
Great location close to the beach. Easy to check in. Very comfortable and nice accommodations. Perfect for less mobile because its on the first floor although there are a few steps to maneuver.

Wonderful apt with beach
The apt is a very cozy two bedroom with everything you need and close to one of the pools and to the gate towards the beach. Also liked that’s on the first floor, great with small children. Loved the community with its private beach! The host was very nice and very helpful with everything! Would definitely come back.
