Located in Key Colony Beach, this attractive house for $346 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This gorgeous and modern 3 bedroom, 3 bath Single Family (not a duplex)waterfront house in Key Colony Beach is a rental home in a great location. Tastefully decorated in a Keys tropical yet elegant style, we strive to offer your best vacation experience! Private, heated pool and backyard is fenced-in.......CABANA CLUB pool membership also included! Optional : Hot Tub heated water costs $50(per week and less for longer stays) Important Notes: 1) No parties allowed here 2) Maximum number of vehicles allowed on property is 3. 3) Renter must use water responsibly - If we receive a "Continuous Water Leak" notice from the water company that is usually from hose valves left on, you will be charged $25 to $75 4) Umbrella next to pool is not for guest's use *** NOTE : There is about 28 feet of DOCK space but a boat on either side of this space BOATS have to have a total length(including a motor) of 25 feet or less and must be properly docked. Please inquire if you will have a boat. CABANA CLUB is a private club with a pool and ocean-front beach with beach chairs. It is located about 1 1/2 blocks from the home and included with a reservation. INSIDE No Pets allowed and No Smoking 3 bedrooms and each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. sheets, comforters and pillows supplied + a TV in each bedroom. Modern kitchen with quartz counter-tops and all new cabinets, appliances and amenities. Modern furniture with large dining table and seating for 8 people. Renovated bathrooms. WIFI and cable tv OUTSIDE French doors lead out to an extra large, covered back porch area with furniture, tables, lighting, ceiling fans and a gas grill Ample Parking in the front and side of the house Dock for a boat - total length of 24 feet or less Fish table and bait freezer Wide canal and deep-water dockage 5 minute ride from the house to the ocean and a short ride to access the Gulf. Large Gas Grill too. NEARBY Restaurants, tiki bars and shopping within walking distance 1 street away is a community park with swing sets and Key Colony has 2 other parks Local par 3 golf course is only 5 blocks away.

A perfect house in one of our favourite places. Provided perfect relaxation in an idilic setting. The Cabana club was an added bonus. Gregg provided perfect support.

Traveled to the keys for a surprise 70th Birthday. In July you definitely need water access to cool off and this property provided that with a beautiful pool along with the cabana club which also had a pool plus beach access.

The overall property was nice. The location was perfect. The sheets and bed linen were dirty. I also had to wash the mattress pad because it looked extremely dirty, as if someone had peed the bed. I think they need a different cleaning person.

House had everything we needed. It was very well equipped! Lovely and fit our needs perfectly. Loved going to the Cabana Beach Club, except for the lady who seemed to be in charge. She was very rude and condescending. She is not a good ambassador for the community. Otherwise it was a great week. Our host/manager was very easy to reach and answered all questions in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this house!

House was very nice. Kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need. Only thing I did not like were the sheets and pillow cases they made me feel very warm, other than that, the beds were comfortable. Outside area very nice. Property was very conveniently located. Key Colony Beach club and pool was a very nice perk.

We’ve been going to the keys with a group of friends for over a decade and as our families have grown we have had to find three or four houses near each other. Key colony worked well for us this year, and this house (where my family stayed) was by far the nicest place amongst the group. The private pool is amazing especially after a day on the boat. Dockage is as described. We have a 20 foot center console and it wasn’t an issue, but I can see it being tough for a larger boat.
About the house:
Beautifully updated and well stocked. You can tell the owner spends a lot of time down here as this place has all the comforts of home. The kitchen is a cook’s delight. The beds are comfortable and the living area is comfortable for a small group.
A couple of things to be aware of: the thermostat is set to a lower limit of 74. We spoke with the property manager and requested a lower limit. He contacted the owner and they were able to change it remotely. There was a small fee for the extra electric usage which we gladly paid and found more than fair. There were ants and some palmetto bugs, but we sprayed and that seemed to help. It’s the keys and we have come to accept this as part of life down there. All in all, the property was amazing, clean and well stocked. Communication with the manager/owner was seamless and professional. We would stay here again.

What a fantastic house! Super spacious living/dining/bedroom areas. A slightly smaller kitchen area, however there is tons of storage for food and snacks. The absolute highlight of this house is the back porch, pool, and patio. Absolutely wonderful, spacious porch with more than enough table/chairs for a large family, oodles of poolside seating, and great access to the canal. The kids practically lived in the pool which was clean and in excellent condition. We rented kayaks which we used daily and had plenty of room to store then in the large patio area. The landscaping has perfectly placed palm trees for a bit of afternoon shade in the pool. And the kids loved the wildlife even from the backyard…they named the iguana Ralph, and we lost count of how many of the tiny little lizards we saw, loved seeing the resident woodpeckers, got to check out a jellyfish in the canal, and even got to view a manatee as well! The house provided beach towels and had some beach/pool toys for use too. We did spend some time at the Cabana Club pool and private beach, both of which were lovely. This house was really a great stay!

Great getaway!
We really loved our stay at this home! The property manager was quick to respond to any inquiries and very helpful. There were many wonderful things about the place including, but not limited to, the cute decor, well stock kitchen, nice patio, pool with hot tub, dock for fishing.

Key Colony Beach Vacation
Great house, cozy property, spent the majority of our time outside in the very comfortable back yard of the house. The inside was clean and well maintained, but we took full advantage of the beautiful keys weather, and stayed both in and out of the pool.

Great Key Colony vacation
Stayed at this fantastic home for two weeks. Pool and hotub on the canal with wonderful sunsets to enjoy from the covered patio. Fully furnished and very clean home. Greg was a great communicator.

We found out the day before we left that was what the remote was for that was laying on the buffet.. We just thought it was a really lame hot tub. We are older and it would have been nice if someone would have said that there was remote for The directions were posted inside their pantry and since we weren't cooking and hadn't checked inside we hadn't seen the note.The property manager said we would get out money back so hopefully that happens. We would have preferred a nice hot tub. Since it was part of pool the jets came on when it added water to pool so we thought that was it. Communication....I would recommend this place.

Loved the house!!! The area was fantastic and the house was better than we thought it was going to be. Being in Marathon was ideal because we went to Key West and islamorada. We saw a manatee in the canal. That made our week. Pool and hot tub was a must for us and it was awesome!!!

Nice comfortable house
The house was very nice. It was clean and the decor made it feel personal. The location was excellent, with a short walk to the cabana club on the beach and to a nearby restaurant. Biking around Key Colony Beach was good, as was the kayaking from the dock on the canal, although it was a little difficult getting into and out of the kayaks from the dock. The pool was nice, as was the hot tub, although we wish the hot tub could have been a little hotter. The property is nice and relaxing, and there was plenty of room for the family, both inside and outside the house. Nice kitchen as well with all the equipment you need. Overall, a very nice, pleasant place to stay.

We have been going to the keys for mini season for many years, and had rented many houses around Key Colony, this house is definitely one of the best we have stayed in.

Would Definitely Stay Here Again
This house was perfect. It's even better than the pictures. We loved the split bedroom floorplan. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool is fantastic and hot tub was a bonus! Plenty of outdoor furniture to relax. Also really liked that it was a ranch and not a raised house. The Propery Manager went out if his way for us. There were tiny ants in the kitchen that should be addressed. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again!

The property was a great place for my family of six to stay, it had plenty of room, and everything we needed. Everything is well kept and clean.
The pool and outside area was where we spent most of our time and we really appreciate the owners making it available.
