The host was available and very helpful. The hotel was very clean. I asked for view of the mountains and got it. I like that it’s in Zakopane but not in the city center. There’s a brook that runs through this neighborhood. I loved the sound of birds and water as I walked to the bus and returned back every night. Quiet and peaceful but not completely cut off. Buses are a 15 minute walk and go to all the must see sites. Kitchen was clean and had all I needed to prepare meals. Łukasz was very accommodating and let me stay past check out since I had a train at 1:22pm. Highly recommended this place.
Nothing. It was perfect.

Location, ambience, facilities and staff. It is all perfect for families, couples and solo. Close to morskie oko and city.
Beds are little uncomfortable. No other concerns for me.

The room was ideal for its purpose. The check in was really smooth and clear instructions. Had a lovely kitchen and dining room area to have food.
If families are staying here, alongside the dining room you have a children’s play area for the kids which is super lovely! Full of toys for them to play with. Lovely set up. Great for families and also couples. Even solo travellers if you wished to do so.
Even has a small home gym. Great host too! With tips and helpful instructions.
I would say the pillows definitely need to be get rid of and replaced with new ones. Super heavy and not comfortable.
Shower bracket/head could also do with upgrading or even a new shower itself would be nice. It’s manageable.
Can be noisy in the mornings as it’s a wooden cabin and isn’t really sound proof.
WiFi could be better.

The room is very cozy and the balcony with the view on the forest as well. We really enjoyed.
