Location, backpackers from all over the world, causy place in the woods.

Really cozy hostel in the woods, beautiful outside space, great location if you want to hike. It is run by volunteers, and most are really nice and accommodating and are organizing activities every night :) the bus stop is only 5 min away and the bus takes about 15 min into town.
It was my second time here and I am sorry to say that it wasn't as great as last time. (Some of) the volunteers working at the hostel were partying at night and were really noisy all night long, ignoring the quiet hours. Sleep wasn't great, also because the house is quite squeaky which normally wouldn't be a big deal if everybody would respect the quiet hours. I guess it really depends on who is working there but this time I wasn't lucky :(

It feels like a community - you instantly connect with the staff and fellow travellers. The staff/volunteers are lovely and knowledgeable. They live in the hostel as well and try their best to make your experience unique. They created this relaxed atmosphere and encouraged people to share their experiences. Bonfire every night and the free BBQ were just some of the highlights. Also enjoyed the singalong next to the fire! It’s right next to one of the entrances of the Tatra National Park, and has many buses going to Zakopane station or the five lakes. The hostel itself is in a wood with a brook next to it.
I like everything there. It’s not for those who look for hotel luxury experiences. However, if you want to make new friends and find fellow explorers, this is the place to be!

It felt so cozy and comfortable
Maybe the kitchen space it was a little hard cooking dinner but when multiple people wanted to use it the same time
