Overall all out stay was most enjoyable. With the above conditions rectified we would certainly stay there again. There

It was very well equipped, a nice king size bed, a decent shower, nicely decorated, quite spacious apart from the bathroom. The little personal touches were really nice with some soapies and the little Easter eggs hidden behind the pillows was really special. 😄

The balcony didn’t have any cover/roof so you couldn’t sit outside in the rain. The lighting outside was very poor so you couldn’t see while using the gas barbecue. The reserved parking wasn’t reserved for guests only. The one thing that was terrible is the garbage dustbins were kept downstairs right under our unit and the stench was awful.

Everything is close by, gives a modern feel. Nice people that wants tot help!

Needs another fan and it is important to make sure aircons is working.

Accommodation was centralised to eating facilities and beaches. Accommodation was clean and neat.

It was a bad weekend..

The aircons don't work. Its dirty the and not clean. the gas braai is not cleaned. I have phones them but the owner was not helpful I was very disgusted. I will not recommend this to anyone

Relaxing, refreshing, clean sea air, beautiful luxurious accommodation and large variety on restaura

Location was the best, able to walk around at any time without fear, the sea is very close. clean and private. security is visible and the area looks crime free. Lots and lots of different restaurants to visit. very refreshing and relaxing. my teenage and young adult girl enjoyed themselves for a come back. Our creativity was highly opened for starting an online business

we stayed for 4 days, the bin was never emptied, which created worms on day 4 and bad odour from the bin. in the room the information paper said cleaning will be done after 2 days of staying, but it never happened

Very pleasant Apartments!

Very safe and pleasant environment. Sea view from balcony and bedroom. All tenants adhered to all rules during our stay. Very clean and well looked after apartments. The Apartments are a walk away from restaurants,the beaches and shops.😍. The pictures on the website are a true reflection of what you get. My family enjoyed our stay.

Get keys from the property, we had to get keys from somewhere and walk a distance to the property and we were only told about the deposit when we checked in and they too long to give the deposit back(over a week)

The place is not safe since the reception is not in the building you have to walk about 600m. And no security

Average stay considering the above findings

No bath sheets. Only 2 bath towels for 4 days. No hand towel. It was cold air comes in through window that does not fully close. No blanket. Insufficient cupboard space. Poor quality toilet rolls. Too much stairs for old clients. Parking area is inconvenient.

I was disappointed. It was my fault, I was hoping for a balcony to sit on and a braai, had neither

The location was great. Close to shops and restaurants and walking distance to the beach and promenade.

The bars and restaurants on Saturday night were very noisy with music pumping until the early hours, making it difficult to fall asleep.

*Extractor fan in bathroom not working. *Bathroom door broken *Not a self-catering unit because there are not enough bowls, pans, and utensils or oven *Cockroches in unit *Private parking space is not always available * Low water pressure in unit because sharing with other unit * Flow over of geyser/aircon in shower????

My Stay At Balito

Liked the view of the area Andrew was very welcoming Easy access to the beach

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay R1000.00 as deposit and get it returned in 5 days which I actually feel is unnecessary due to the fact that I only stayed one night with my wife as we were on a honeymoon The load shedding is not good hence we just slpt most of the night and couldn't stay up to do any activities

The staff is super friendly and accommodating

It could do with bathrooms renovation especially the shower curtains are a nonsense. Improve your living area space. Proper cleaning from the staff. Better quality clean towels. Morden tv and high speed Wi-Fi

Very good

The stay was great, close to all the amenities, pam trees a bit in the way of the ocean view, but nothing to cry about. Walking to the beach is 2 minutes. Very clean place as well.

If the backup lights lasted throughout loadshedding it would've been awesome.
