I was not happy with the service at all.

Just the pool area which we didn’t get to use the pool because they said it was dirty and we asked why was it not cleaned because they knew they’re having visitors.

They gave us a backroom saying that what’s we booked for yet we never saw those rooms when we were booking they only show us the front rooms on booking.com when we asked to change rooms they told us we have to pay more money.

Disgusting. I shortened my stay .

Disappointing . The unit was nothing i was led to believe i was staying in. It was a converted servants quarters. The outside furniture was broken. The braai stand was broken and the so called garden view was a dustbin , washing line and ladders and old furniture
