The number of dining venues limited.
Breakfast buffet disappointing , coffee came cold, poached eggs came prepared in advance and cold inside

Nice stay.
I booked for Delano but as soon as I arrived they moved me to Banyan Tree hotel. Is Delano is closed, you should remove it from booking websites. They claim that I'm upgraded to another hotel which is a lie!
The guy at the gym was very rude. It checked my room number several times! Charging 50 dirhams for Inbody device is cheap for a hotel like Banyan.
