This isn't my first visit; this hotel has become one of my favorites! Everything is incredible—there are never any negatives! The entire staff is wonderful; Mr. Douglas Menezes is a true professional who handled an issue that arose with the utmost courtesy. We will definitely be coming back.

The staff are helpful
A beautiful venue with a lovely atmosphere, but unfortunately the dining experience fell well below expectations. The bread was not fresh, and the quality of the food was disappointing throughout the meal. The setting deserves much better cuisine. Based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant until the food quality improves. Also infinity pool was somehow not chilled and I found it dirty
