Internally the apartment is lovely and it would be a great home. It does not feel like tourist accommodation and this was nice. It is spacious and was warm and comfortable. I am sure the area is OK once you are familiar with it. There is outside space which can be nice in warmer weather.

The location is an inner city residential area. There were no amenities for tourists. No convenient shop or place to eat. We felt uncertain about security at night and did not go out. We arrived quite late and it was a distance from the train station. We ended up on a big busy road and had a fair walk followed by no food or drinks. A bad start. There is additional cash cleaning and tax costs of 40£ and this made it a lot more expensive than it appeared and than more central places.

Amazing apartment to feel at home in Graz

The apartment feels like home. All the amenities are present to cook lovely meals in the kitchen. The apartment is very spacious with place to eat. The garden is lovely as well. Hope to come back in the summer to enjoy it more. The artistic touches are well appreciated. The lovely red Japanese maple greets you from the bedroom window. Overall, an amazing apartment to feel at home in Graz!

It is a bit far (15-20 minutes) walk from the city center. This was not a problem as we had perfect weather but if it were rainy then this could be too far.

Public bus not serving in Sunday, when seeking help with house owner, she is helpful and assist me.

The apartment is clean and spacious. The little garden and kitchen is super good. Decoration is stylish and plenty of books to read. Well equipped kitchen. It really very home feel and cozy. House owners is caring and helpful, willing to communicate with user. Easy access to old town, just 20 minutes by walk. Enjoy staying in it very much.

Tap water seems got mini particles in it.

Amazing apartment, very cozy, creative and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location, close to city centre and shops. It has a cozy private garden and so many books and magazines to read there! I would definitely recommend! Thank you, Andrea!:)
