The Price, in high season it was a good price, this is my second time in this place, I really enjoy going in September, the water is clear besides Orange Beach is my favorite Beach, My Favorite place to stay
The place should not charge extra for the parking, all of the resorts, hotels, condominiums, ETC do not charge you extra for parking, When We arrive we were looking for a Parking Spot, (We had previously paid ) and the police arrived and look at us as we were thieves, The owners of the Property 103 should invest in a New AC Unit, a Ceiling Fan and Light in the Bedroom and also a new Bed or at least a new mattress, it has a huge hole in the middle, also invest a little bit in new pads for the bunkbeds, We could not use the Microwave, it is old and it had some rusty parts inside, on the pictures the coffee maker shows a k-cup coffee maker, and it was not, We had to run to buy coffee and filters, despite all this, i am very grateful and happy for the rate but the parking lot extra charge

We loved the views, the pool area, and our condo!
The gate didn’t work once when we were coming back from the boat ramp and it wasn’t as handicap accessible from the parking lot as it appeared. There is a steep hill and/or stairs. There is no level ground to enter the premises.

We got what we paid for. It was where it says and all the information is accurate.
It definitely isn’t the ritz but the price was right.
My only actual complaint was the mattress was very old, stained and worn.
