The location was perfect for us. The parking was handy.

The facilities felt tired, peeling laminate tables, loose door handles, scuffed floors and walls.

Location and parking was convenient. Price was good based on this

The front door latch kept glitching, which was a little frustrating. The TV wasn’t working during our stay. We tried calling reception twice to have it looked at, but unfortunately no one answered. This was pretty disappointing as we were hoping to relax and watch TV while we were there. I’d also recommend bringing earplugs or headphones if you’re a light sleeper, as the traffic outside can be quite loud. Lastly, the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower aren’t securely fixed and can move around. One actually fell onto my dad’s foot (we have photos of bruising), which was quite painful. I’d definitely recommend securing these properly to avoid someone getting hurt.
