A beautiful modern apartment with everything you needed, including a washing machine and drier. And a lovely outside area to relax in. It was so handy to trams and trains and shops. We also loved the aroma circulating through the whole building.
We couldn't seem to find any current news channels etc on the TV.

The unit was exactly what we needed with the right location.
There wasn’t any clear signage in the parking area to show you where the lifts are.
I couldn’t locate an ironing board.

Lack of in room information, no booklets / manuals for appliances, and not even online , Bedroom blinds DIDN'T have privacy screen only a block out, and living room only had Privacy screen, NO BLOCKOUT , when trying to get information during the day Desk Reception only serviced tennents from Urban ,NOT CAULFIELD APARTMENTS :( only by Mobile :( once we worked out how to enter,exit the property, direction where very confusing , Poles need to be marked properly , Lift entrance was very dirty, oil mess over roadway ,requires urgent attention, This property requires a complete overhaul from arriving , parking, entering / exiting etc etc
