Situated in Saugatuck, this charming condo for $195 per night is a great option for your next break. Spacious open plan apartment is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the downtown activities in a quiet residential neighborhood, "On the Hill". The apartment is up a flight of stairs among the trees. Off street parking is provided. Many amenities provided including almost any kitchen item you could need, electric grill, washer and dryer, WIFI, Roku TV with lots of free shows and movies and live TV for news etc. (or bring your streaming log in and log into your own Netflix, Hulu etc.) DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Central air and ceiling fans make for a very comfortable hideaway in warm weather. The outdoor deck is nice for comfortable evenings enjoying the electric grill and patio furniture. Climb the stairs to the outdoor deck and enter the open plan apartment through the sliding door. The kitchen and dining area are to the right and living room to the left as you enter. There is a small laundry room off of the kitchen. Down a short hallway is the bathroom with walk in shower. And at the end of the hall is the bedroom with queen bed and desk. It is a very light and airy apartment with many windows throughout to enjoy the trees and surrounding gardens, but with appropriate curtains and blinds to provide privacy as well. This is a no smoking and no pets apartment. We are quite booked up, but here is when the apartment is still available so you don't have to keep plugging in dates: August 4-6, 25-27, 29-September 3rd, September 6-11, 20-the end of the year. We are following the guidelines of the CDC and WHO in our health and safety practices ... -Contactless check in and check out. We unlock the unit for you earlier in the day and leave a key for you to use. Then you leave the key and the place unlocked, and if possible give us a call when you check out. -If possible we wait several hours or a day to go over and clean after a group has left to let things settle. -Then when we come to clean, we open all the windows and turn the fans on to air out the place. -We wash the sheets and towels with hot water. -Then we clean everything like usual. -At the end we go around with the WHO recommended type of disinfecting bleach (not laundry bleach) mixed with the recommenced ratio of water and disinfect: counters, faucets and taps and shower controls, handles of appliances and doors and cabinets, light switches, AC control, lamps, remotes, soap dispensers, TV and DVD player and Roku box, info book, key, and where people frequently touch the windows and blinds.

My boyfriend and I travel to Saugatuck every October for the beautiful scenery and to enjoy our favorite area. Mims Place was amazing and just beautiful- and the street was so quiet. We never heard another car! We walked to town every day and enjoyed the neighborhood. We had tea on the deck amongst the trees and relaxed for our long weekend. We definitely want to visit Mims Place again!

Walking distance to Saugatuck shopping and dining. Located on a nice quiet street with porch that is beautifully shaded by mature trees. Sitting on the porch was such a serene experience. The place was well maintained, cozy and comfortable. We will definitely b stay here again. Owners were very responsive as well.

Best part is the full size W/D so you don't go home with a suitcase full of dirty laundry. Only wish is a Queen size bed instead of the Full Size. Great place and would book again in a heartbeat.

The property is a perfect location. Close enough to shops and restaurants to be able to walk everywhere but far enough away to have quiet and be able to relax. Property was well set up, kitchen had anything and everything you might need. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway to Saugatuck

My partner and I spent Thanksgiving at this property this year. It was a great place, spacious and clean with everything you needed. It was a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown. It was just a short walk to restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend staying here for your next get away.

We really enjoyed the quiet beautiful neighborhood nestled conveniently in a well kept portion of the village. We appreciated the personal touches including original artwork in a clean and open space. We would definitely stay there again.

This property is very nice. It is quiet since it is off the main streets. It is walking distance to the river, lakes, and downtown. The apartment has everything you need and is quite charming. I recommend this place, and my wife and I will stay here again.

Fantastic Stay! Generous sized apartment above a 3 car garage... with full sized kitchen, full bath, large living room, great second floor deck. Literally 1.5 blocks to the tourist area (chain ferry, restaurants, coffee, shopping), but away from the crowds. Great neighborhood for walking. Host could not be better!

We wanted something special for our 40th anniversary. This was the best VRBO ever. Spotless and we walked to everything. Nice quiet neighborhood and we totally enjoyed the deck. Coffee in the morning listening to the birds. We for sure will be back!!!!

The property was very clean, a nice open layout. Love how close it was to town. During our stay we spent a day in Holland for the Tulip Festival and both evening back in Saugatuck. We walked down the hill to eat and enjoy our evening there. It was rather relaxing setting out on the porch, very nice set up.

This property was perfect! Location was just far enough away from everything that it provided the quiet that we needed, but close enough that we could walk. Aron was so attentive and quick to respond to our texts. Lovely layout and nicely decorated. Check in was a breeze! Had difficulty with wi-fi and if I hadn’t had to work a few hours each day, it wouldn’t have mattered. Open floor plan so if you’re on different schedules than another guest, just need to be quiet. Loved how open everything was.

Just as other reviewers have said, the property is even nicer in person. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and a short distance to shops and restaurants. The apartment was cute, spacious, and well-stocked with anything we could have needed. I wish we could have stayed long enough to enjoy sitting on the deck and enjoying some coffee! Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Aron’s apartment. Super clean. The AC broke the day before we came and a portable unit was purchased so that we would be comfortable. It was much appreciated! Very pretty neighborhood within walking distance to town. We will stay here every time we are in the area.

The apartment was perfect. Clean and very inviting. It was an amazing location and we were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops that we had wanted to, even in the rain! Thank you so much it was a wonderful weekend!
