great location. CLEAN.
only one key and door locks behind you so make sure you have key. No one around except phone numbers to call if have a question, like how to park or where to park. otherwise fantastic

The location is great and it was a quite and relaxing place to stay. The room was clean and the bed was ok. The room had everything a person would need for an extended stay. Plenty of room and the small kitchenet had everything needed as far as dishes and utensils.
The one thing that I would suggest would be to have the HVAC units serviced more often. The one in my room was dirty and had somewhat of an odor. This was really the only thing that I didn't care for.

Location is pleasant, mostly residential neighborhood. Easy to find. Parking is good.
Room was very small. Barely room for 2 people to pass each other walking from one end to the other. No room to access the outside of the beds/have to wonder how they make the beds. Access to beds from between them in the middle is very tight. There was no place to hang clothing and the woman working was kind enough to go out and purchase a small over-the-door rack for us to use. Bathroom and kitchen areas were fine. Location within a block of the lake probably accounts for the damp/lake odor in the room.
