It’s far from some of the major areas I was interested in Futian, but I suppose I could have picked a different Sheraton location.

The room and amenities were good. Staff should learn to understand and speak more English.
Staff couldn't understand simple things like to bring more coffee confidant (creamer) for the coffee. Too fussy in the swimming area. It wasn't fun for the children. It was too controlled. Staff were not very caring. It was disappointing that there was no outside pool. Badly designed indoor pool.
More welcome signs and TV channels in English and for kids as well.
