Property management was quick to respond with questions before the rental and during our stay. Met us at check in, toured the property, was a simple text away throughout our stay if we had the slightest question about the property or city in general. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and having the restaurants, shops and Skyline park within walking distance made this place a must see! I hope we get to come back. 100% recommend this spot. Don't think. Just book it before it's gone.

The units are in a higher end complex of shops, restaurants, entertainment and more, and the units are actually in a renovated Sears warehouse. These lofts are well decorated and very well appointed, with everything you need within easy walking distance. Property manager is helpful and responsive. The property is very quiet, and the covered parking garage is literally steps from the unit.

This unit is in a mixed use development in a very vibrant part of town. If you want a unique property in the middle of dining and recreational options, this is it. There is direct access to the Beltline and numerous restaurants and retail stores. The two issues I had with the unit were expeditiously resolved and I out of all the VRBOs I've stayed in, this was by far the best level of service by the manager(s). The bedding was very comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and all appliances and utilities worked as expected. If you want peace and quiet, this isn't it. And I don't mean that other tenants were noisy....you are in the middle of an active urban area and all that entails. I knew what to expect, I enjoyed the energy. If you want something out of the ordinary and action just outside your door, this is it,

The property description is accurate, and the experience was even better! It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Even though we didn't eat in, since there are so many awesome restaurants in the area we wanted to try, the kitchen is well-stocked with all the supplies you could need. The managing company did a great job communicating with us -- they gave frequent, clear instructions, checked in on us just the right amount, and were very quick to respond when we needed to reach out with a question. We highly recommend this spot!

Such a great little area and place to stay. We enjoyed our time! Having access to breakfast/lunch/dinner just by going down the elevator was amazing! Dedicated parking that you don’t pay extra for is very beneficial. Also loved the gym (not free, must buy day passes) to keep up with exercise

Came to visit my son who lives in Kirkwood. We only had to use our car once! Used the Beltine and Birds to get everywhere and we did a LOT! The Sapphire unit was a fun place from which to people watch. Definitely will stay again and recommend.

Beautiful studio apt. in PCM. Unbeatable location! Great amenities. You can access the roof free of charge if you show the key fob. We did have a small gas leak and it took the building 2 days to come fix it so we had to sleep with the windows open but it was fixed quickly after we followed up. So just FYI the oven is finicky. You can park on any of the floors above 4 which is nice. Beautiful sunset views! Would definitely go back it was lovely.
