Overall, everything was good, and we had a pleasant experience. Food ,location ,Staff all up to mark !!
The only downside was that the room rate felt quite overpriced for what was included.
Considering the resort’s wellness-focused experience, it would make much more sense to include a wellness package—such as a massage, wellness activities, or other treatments—in the existing room rate specially for lake view side rooms.
That would add much more value and make the higher price feel justified.
With a wellness package included, I would definitely feel that the overall experience offers better value for money

The location and view of the property was the best.
1. Animals are treated for human entertainment. All the animals- ducks, goats and horses are made to parade at 4pm everyday outside the restaurant so kids can come and feed them. The animals looked scared. The ducks were so scared of the stick that their caretaker was holding.
Parrots are kept in the same building that houses the horses and the same building has games room on the first floor. The games room is open till 8pm, the parrots were screeching out of frustration when we were in the games room as people would disturb the birds while climbing upstairs to the games room.
2. Rooms were extremely small. Not more than two people can stay in the room. We had the view of a fall from our room in silver oak. The lobby to our room was full of other people’s wet clothes and belongings.
3. The food spread in breakfast was limited compared to other properties and the food wasn’t as good.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It offers the perfect combination of luxury and eco-friendly living, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere.
The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. What we loved the most was the wide range of activities available for families and especially for kids, which kept them engaged and entertained.
A special thank you to Lisali Nahak for taking such good care of us and making our stay feel just like home. Her kindness, support, and attention to detail truly made our experience even more memorable.
We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway.
