The location, staff, service and breakfast were amazing! So close to everything you could need and quiet enough for a peaceful sleep!
There were cracked tiles in the bathroom shower and the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work .

The breakfast doesn't appeal to Turkish people. I couldn't stay for two days due to my plane ticket, and they won't refund the fee. On the first day I arrived, I tried to pay the hotel before arrival, but they said they couldn't process the payment. They said I would pay at the hotel. We had all these conversations via WhatsApp. When I called a taxi through the Grab app and got in, they told me there were no rooms available and they would direct me to another hotel. I told them I had a reservation and wouldn't accept a different hotel, so I went to my booked hotel to stay there.
They don't keep their reservations even when they are made.
During the booking process, there were misunderstandings; they stated they were working very hard and apologized, but the guidance provided by the people involved was not appropriate.
