perhaps one of the best places in Rome!!! great location (just meters from Termini station)!!! I arrived at 03.30 in the morning and despite that, everything was prepared!!! Very clean room, the bathroom is brand new with all amenities!!! Very kind and responsive hostess!!! I recommend with both hands!!! Thank you Veronica for your genuine hospitality!!! See you again!!!

Clean, good aircon, tea and coffee facilities.
The steps with a 23kg suitcase and backpack is not for the faint hearted.
Method of entry dubious.

Convenient location, within walking distance of Termini train station. The room was comfortable, and it had thoughtful extras such as a clothes iron, plug adapters for Italian sockets and extra pillows.
Minor inconveniences: The entrance could have a more visible sign outside. The check-in process took a little while because of the links. There is no lift (but you are informed about this shortly after making the reservation and given the option to cancel if this is an issue for you). The area around the property is not the most pleasant, especially at night.

Excellent location.
Steps to the top floor, although we were warned. Feels very much like a 2 star hotel. Room was exceptionally clean, but bare with a small window and almost no view. Ok for one night for the price, but would be depressing for longer.
