The staff at the front desk was very professional and helpful. Dorette was one who checked me in. She's very professional and passionate. I strongly recommended the falaise Hotel and i am giving 5 stars to Dorette.
The staff of the restaurant needs to be trained more efficiently and need to listen to customers.
