Free pick up from the airport was a very nice perk, thanks so much to the host ho picked me up and waited for me, he also gave me a brief and concise tour on the way, also the place was awesome.
Thanks for hosting me, I recommend this place
My only two cons are:
1) Location, if you have a car you will be ok, if not, well, I am used to walk but the road here does not have much illumination or clean sidewalks, so, be careful
2) Hosts, your WIFI sucks(4MBps); I am in a new hostel and the wifi is exactly as bad as yours, so, for a moment I though this could be the regular wifi speed in the island, is not, on any coffee shop I found WIFI with speed up to 888Mbps.

For the price it. was the best accommodation with pool, kitchen and television.
The pool area is quite pleasant, well planted, books, dominoes etc. available.
There are three rooms around the pool. I was disappointed to get a forth room on the other side of the house. They did offer to switch me on day 2. The non poolside room is much larger, with a spacious bathroom. Keep that in mind if you are a larger group. The hosts are very nice. They have added many extra's to the room
Location, location, location. Without a car, this is a poor spot. It is a 30min walk to: nearest beach (Surfside), Cmart (largest western style supermarket}, downtown Orenjestad. The booking.com says these are 10 min walks. No, they are 30min. Listing said they l would charge my card…wrong. They want cash, or CC with a 7% addition at the location.

It was quiet and clean. The owner and his wife were pleasant. The pool was a little small but clean and well maintained.
It was very difficult to find with no sign outside to indicate the property. The description said parking which one would assume would be on the property, but it was on the narrow street and with a rental car made me uncomfortable. It was not indicated online that a 30% charge would be added to the bill if paying by credit card. People need to know this ahead of time so you can pay in cash. The description also said cook top but was not in the room it was outside which made it difficult with other people staying there.
