Pista Q hostel and apartments

The staff were nice and very helpful. The place was clean and kept well

The stove in the first floor kitchen was a little difficult to use but not impossible

Not too far from the city center. Some good restaurants nearby.

Check in time 4 PM is very late. Way too quiet. I choose hostels for their unique vibes and to meet others. There was nothing but a living room with a TV and some old books.

Air conditioning was very good. Rooms were spacious and communal areas were very nice and clean.

Zero staff present on check out to refund my ‘deposit’ for the lockers which is extra cash upon arrival. I messaged them about it 40 minutes before I had to leave but received no response. I messaged around two weeks ago now and still have not reviewed a response or apology. Locker was also not very secure, mine was the second down and with the top locker open and unused, you could pull the metal and fit fingers into my locker/ see inside. Used bar of soap found within bed sheets. Lamps did not work in the room which made moving around at night when roommates were asleep more difficult.
