About this condo rental
Situated in East Ballina, this lovely condo for $129 per night is a great option for your next trip. AVAILABLE FOR LONG TERM (UP TO 4 MONTHS) RENTAL MAY-JULY 2024 3 bedroom apartment on ground floor of two storey home. Fully equipped kitchen which overlooks leafy north facing courtyard, perfect for alfresco dining. The large main bedroom opens on to a private garden courtyard. It has a queen size bed and its own toilet/basin facilities. The second bedroom has 1 queen size bed and there are 2 single beds located in the third bedroom. The three way bathroom comprises separate toilet, bath and shower room and twin basins. All windows and doors have security screens, so you can enjoy fresh air in the apartment at all times, though air conditioning and ceiling fans are also installed if required. Laundry located in the garage has a washing machine and there is an outdoor clothesline and indoor airing line for your convenience. Self-catering breakfast packages are also available (extra charge) and should be ordered prior to your arrival. The property is located close to walking and bike paths with fishing and swimming in North Creek nearby. It is a short walk or drive to shops and restaurants. Please note that this property will not be let out to schoolies, for functions or parties. Your hosts live on the property but be assured that your privacy will be respected at all times. Things to do in Ballina The apartment is located just a 50 metre walk to North Creek where you can swim, fish, watch the soldier crabs or just sit and watch the ever changing activities on the water. It is an easy 2km bike ride or walk to pristine surf beaches, riverfront dining and shopping. Bikes and a double kayak are available for hire and this area has an extensive network of riding and walking paths. Ballina has a public pool, waterslide, whale watching cruises (in season), cinema, shopping and many other activities. Nearby you can try sky diving, hang gliding, scuba diving or hot air ballooning. Or you can just relax on one of the many white sand beaches. Not to be missed - Friday afternoon drinks or coffee at one of the cafes or bars on the Richmond River. Watch the dolphins play and the sun set over the hills. There are weekly markets held in different locations each weekend and don't miss the Byron Farmer's Markets on Thursday morning where you can pick up local fresh organic produce. The apartment is a 2 hour drive from the cultural centre of Brisbane, 1 hour south of the Gold Coast and only 25 mins drive from Byron Bay where there are many diverse and interesting activities. This area is also famous for its old growth rainforests which provide interesting and stunning opportunities for camping and bushwalking. Additional Information All linen (including beach towels) is supplied and there is no additional cleaning charge. Ballina Airport is only a 5 minute drive away and pick-ups may be available. Tea, real coffee and milk are included to help kick start your holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach House in Ballina. A lovely ground floor apartment, with easy access, a lock up garage and a clean and swimmable riverside beach 20m away (a BIG hit with our toddler grandson). This place has it all - we were easily able to host a small family reunion in order to visit my 96 year old mother. The level access meant she had no trouble getting to the property and having a BBQ made entertaining easy for 7 adults and 2 children. The outdoor area is a lovely spot for lunch or dinner and the apartment is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, utensils and all the basic cooking essentials. The lockup garage was a welcome bonus - no hot cars here! All the little things have been well thought out so that staying here truly is a home away from home. Close to surf beaches, shops and food outlets I thoroughly recommend The Beach House!

Lovely area and location great! Cleanliness 5 star and plenty of room. Could do with a fan in main bedroom for movement of air but we highly recommend this accomodation if you are looking for a place to stay in Ballina. Thank you to our hosts for this lovely accomodation.

The accommodation was spacious, light and airy with modern furnishings. There's a private courtyard with a barbeque and the pantry is well stocked with necessities. What a lovely touch to provide a jug of milk and chocolate cherry balls. Yum! We loved the location being close to the water and many great cafes and restaurants. Fabulous beaches and beautiful countryside! Definitely worth a return visit!

Very happy with accommodation. It was very spacious and well appointed. Five minute drive to shops and restaurants and not much further to beach. Elizabeth,the host, was lovely to deal with look forward to returning some day.

Beautiful Ballina Gem!
We had the most wonderful stay at the Beach House, it was in a fantastic location with the river just at the end of the road and close to the shops. The property itself is super comfortable, very clean and nice and quiet. Liz and Peter are beautiful hosts, they are a joy to deal with!
We can’t wait to come back for another stay!

We used the garage to enter and leave the home with 3 kids under 5, that was helpful. The remote was handy too.
The only recommendations I have would be a lock on the front gate from inside for safety. Other than that we were relaxed and safe.
