Room was clean.Host did a wonderful job with directions and guidelines. I would have loved some generic information about good restaurants or activities on the island. With it being our first time to Hilton Head, we were at a loss as to what to do besides beach. Beach was clean and wonderful.Bar seems to close early even though pool and hot tub stays open until 10.We were a bit surprised since we liked swimming and hot tubbing later and would have enjoyed a drink. We really enjoyed the bar/food during the day.We didn’t have a beach view and that was disappointing. I misunderstood ocean view for oceanfront condo. I am unsure how it sleeps six but it was just my husband and myself so we only needed the bedroom. We would have appreciated curtains to keep the room darker when we wanted to sleep in.You have a wonderful condo and the Resort is very nice and liked how close it was to shopping and food (Coligny).

the condo was perfect for my family with 2 small kids. a super quick walk to the beach or across the street to the coligny plaza for ice cream, restaurants, and shopping. brian was super quick to answer questions and respond to minor housekeeping issues. the building is clean, the beds are comfy, and it was so convenient to have a washer and dryer in the room.

Nice property in good location. A second property was a last minute swap suggested by the owner because of major ongoing maintenance to the original unit. No mention about the ongoing maintenance at the second unit. Nearly all common areas were closed and access to the unit was limited to thru the parking deck for most of the week. We did enjoy the sun drenched side porch. The entire unit could use a freshening.
